Honestly, a lot has happened since Khun Anne took over Miss Universe last year.

Her new “business plan” for Miss Universe however has seemingly proved too much to handle.

Ghana, Slovak Republic, Cayman Islands, Belize and Cambodia are no longer part of Miss Universe as of right now.

Seychelles & Mauritius, Argentina, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia all switched to new owners.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2022 unfortunately has had to share her spotlight with, not only Khun Anne, but also Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2022 and Miss Universe Curacao 2022 – both of which were present in the Top 5.

Miss Universe Puerto Rico and Miss Universe Venezuela 2023 luckily had the good sense to realize that they had more important things to do than whatever it is that the Miss Universe team is doing right now…

In other news, Talent Manager for Miss Universe of more than two decades, Esther Swan (otherwise known as Mama Esther) has handed in her resignation!

  1. Rina if that is true how will PH winners compete bc they are mostly comeback girls who also participated in other competition such as International/supranational/earth/ world? SamPam for example is a first runner up last year.

  2. I used to say MU is unbeatable and is on top among the rest, but now I can sense the downfall many are dislike the owner and its transition to unglamorous pageant 😕

  3. Paula Shergart and her staff should step in and say something to her before they lose sponsors and so on. I don't mind Khu Ann Taking over and buying the pageant and taking over she better not be like Donald Trump

  4. That Kun Anne is already annoying to look at. An eye sore!
She is all over the place. She speaks too much and in bad English. She is delusional like Nawat. Are Thais really like that?

  5. supranational and miss grand………. LACKS OF PROMOTE ADVOCACY AND CAUSES…….. ENTERTAINING FINALS NIGHT… JUST FOR ONE DAY PROTIONAL SHOW…. MISSS YN UVERSE AND EARTH IS A WELL BALANCE PAGEANT PROMOTE MORE ON CAUSES AND ADVOCACY…… a GOODpagent is a BALANCE OF ADVOCACY AND BEAUTY

  6. Seems like the new owner is living her dream as a queen thru the MU, she's pretending to be the Ms. Universe , I feel really bad for Rbonney Gabriel. She looked like a side kick to Kun Ann

  7. Demi's and catriona's reign; in 3 words: ICONIC, UNFORGETTABLE, and IMPACTFUL reigns, my 2 favourite miss universes actually, duuh😅, agree with you 100%,actually after 2018 I slightly started to loose interest and passion to miss universe, I am not 100% focusing on this pageant anymore😭😢, wish we could get back these days😓😪😥😔

  8. Just like you said, running pageants on a national level is a business… people's jobs are at risk here! I WANT TO GET TO KNOW RBONNY, you know, the girl who actually won the crown…

  9. Although I think Anne is too much and should really tone down her involvement, I feel like I’m the only person who understands what she’s going for with the exclusivity (sending girls who are winners not runners up like Miss SA, France or Vietnam) and the bidding war (organization with most money can possibly produce the best and most prestigious show, upgrading the brand)

I understand the respect for history, but business is business and change is vital, especially a dramatic one since IMG has been stale.

Having said that, Anne’s suffocating involvement seems to be harming the brand. So I agree with you partially

  10. Sorry but let me just tell you nothing is permanent change is very important!!

The countries you were talking about who lost their licence is because they can't match the high standards of Miss Universe..

Kunn Anne is making changes which are going to make miss universe more powerful peagent …

    Accept and embrace the Change…..

  11. Never in my wildest dream that I would hate and boycott Miss universe . I don’t watch basketball or world cup only miss universe. But now it’s changing. I hate everything miss universe related. It’s the first year that I’m not interested at our National miss universe because I know that I won’t be even watching the international show so why would I waste my time watch the national’s . And It looks like it’s not me who feel that way. Many people disassociate themselves from miss universe too. Even their likes has regressed. Imagine being a miss universe and only getting an 8k likes on average. Sad truth the thai pageant owners ruin everything

  12. I don’t think it is in it flop era. I feel like it is no longer going to feel like it is Miss Universe anymore. The owner is clearly favors money over authenticity and image.

She is going to bringing Miss Universe image and reputation to it’s knees. Once she is done with it, it will be a shell of what it used to be.
