Review: If you are a novice to using hair tinsel I would not recommend this product. The clip on styles are a little more expensive but worth it for the ease of use. I am giving it 3 stars though because it was packaged well and came with a variety of tools/accessories, so those who are comfortable with this technique will find it a good value.
