  1. Just because this guy said that most of the supplements are useless, which we already knew, it does not mean it is a bad episode. It just confirms that there are no magic bullets. Thanks, Steve! Keep on giving.

  2. Im actually very surprised that he's a researcher in this field, as his knowledge of pre workout supplements seemed quite primitive and off the mark. Was quite interesting though!

  3. Two cups of coffee or an energy drink is all I use as pwo these days, my performance is no different then if I take a scoop of powder. The only pwo that truly and noticeably outperform coffee/caffeine are the illegal/grey market ones, like Jack3d, etc.
