  1. stop calling mixed people black!!! #8, #7, and #2 are all biracial women not black. #3 is sketchy. Accepting mixed people into our community as black, is what got us into this debacle that we are in right now.

  2. Miss Nigeria's reaction to Miss Jamaica's win, will always be Priceless!โค. As a Jamaican I'm super happy to see 2 Jamaican Beauties in this line up.โคโคโค๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

  3. Still cannot believe the love that was shown to Jamaica by our 9JA sista—–she give me goosebump—love her–yes and i love my country queen too—lol

  4. You have forgotten a true trailblazer.Jennifer Hosten won Miss World in 1970 representing Grenada.
There was a great deal of hostility after her win as the President of Grenada was a judge and the press were saying he influenced the result.
The press was also not happy as South Africa (still suffering apartheid and segregation) had 2 entrants.Miss Black South Africa and Miss White South Africa,Miss Black South Africa Pearl Jensen finished second and was not officially received when she returned home after the contest.
I was a young 12 year old and was 100% in agreement with the result, the contest was also disrupted by women liberation supporters which was quite a spectacle but nothing could dim Jenniferโ€™s victory. She went on to be a High Commissioner for her country to Canada eventually moving there and having a very spectacular career.

  5. I am from the twin Republic island of Trinidad and Tobago and as you know we produced the first black Miss Universe, Janelle Commissions and then Wendy Fitzwilliam. Wow. We, indeed, have beautiful and educated women.

  6. We can't forget the first ever Nigerian Miss world, Agbani Darego! Very beautiful and elegant. African women are true Queens of beauty and I'm so proud to be African.

  7. Puerto Rico really THOUGHT (I am a FAKE blonde and will win This! Oh, camera my camera! camera to meeee ๐Ÿ’ญ) and then the Reality FARTED ๐ŸŒฌ right in her Face! ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿ‘€

  8. I think there should a video on black women who broke pageant barriers in their national pageants in places like Latin America, North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia, and yes even in Africa (South Africa mostly post Apartheid). Black women are barely becoming accepted fully in pageantry. Zozi shattered the mold and the sky is the limit for black women in pageants.

  9. When south Africa win with her short natural hair I was so happy it felt like a set in the right direction n I was so happy she did it with her natural hair

  10. I remember when Wendy from Trinidad and Tobago win I was so excited and happy as a Trinidadian it was so shocking and exciting to see not just a black woman but a black Caribbean woman and trust me the tv does no justice for their beautiful
