This poor woman who went to Egypt to be with her husband (I don't remember her name), I feel so sorry for her, because that is not going to be a happy marriage life… I was married to a Muslim guy and lived in Indonesia, where religion is extremely important, just like in Egypt. At least he didn't tell me what to wear, but he always had a dream that one day I will start wearing hijab. Even when I clearly told him I do not believe in any god and I never will, he said he is allowed to have dreams, which made me feel not good enough for him… Same like this woman, I am very introverted, I like to live in a quiet environment and it was so difficult to live in a place where it's noisy, children making so much noise, very loud neighbors (even at night time), azan every few hours, and on the month of Ramadan it was extremely difficult, I almost couldn't sleep because of all the noise outside… If you like to be alone and stay a lot at home people will think you are not friendly or even arrogant. Anyway, it was all too much for me, but the main reason why I decided to divorce was financial problems. I couldn't work there and my ex husband earned like 300$ per month… It was difficult, a lot of time wasted but I'm proud of my decision, and I'm happy I divorced with him. It was an extremely good lesson for me. Excuse my poor English 🙂
It makes me laugh when I compare Johan to Florian, Stacy‘s fiancé who doesn’t want to work. If Florian opened up a butcher shop like your hands, you can bet your bottom dollar that Stacy would be buying him a pixie glass cover for the meat and trying to make it better. And support him.
