According to reports, Chelsie, who was crowned Miss USA in 2019, leapt to her death from a New York City Midtown highrise Sunday, and died at age 30.
Shortly before she jumped, Cheslie posted on Instagram: “May this day bring you rest and peace.”
A year on, Zozibini in a heartfelt Instagram post who was Cheslie’s roommate in New York during her Miss Universe reign wrote: “ I can’t believe today marks a year since we lost you. Just like you wanted, we will always take a moment to remind people to seek help and take care of their mental health always.
“Hope you’re resting easy Queen. We love you forever and always my friend ❤️.” She added
