It's very unfair to judge women with a 30-second TV pasarela… Listening to them speak rather, will tell us who they are and their essence as a woman. Judging them with a 1-minute swimsuit and evening gown pasarela is a disservice to them.

Seeing her interview made me love Gabriela even more. Other than her physical beauty, she has so much depth and substance at 20 years old. Wow! I was nowhere this kind of mentality at that age. She is indeed an empowered woman and it makes me admire her even more. Her answer wasn’t a good representation of what she can offer, she is so much more. Ahhh! Love her! 😍

Once again, I wouldn't say her final answer wasn't good, because it was. It could have been a bit more comprehensive though, yet the final answers of the winners of 1968, 1984, 1996 and 1998 (all gorgeous and well-deserved winners by the way!) were not comprehensive either… In addition to interviews, many other factors we don't know or see play a role in selecting the winner.
This woman, just like the entire top 5, is gorgeous inside-out and has a bright future ahead of her —with or without Miss Universe crown.
How sad that in the live show she faltered a bit. I think based on this interview she easily could have been top 3.

Nothing extraordinary about this interview. Just an articulate woman with not much impressive background. We were assuming the bio's were the basis why these girls were chosen. Again, POINTLESS showing these top 16, if you would not show the rest of the girls for comparison. You are just casting more doubts to the fans! The only way you can appease those who cannot accept the result is show the preliminary interviews of their own bets. And let they be the judge! So allow them to realise what their girls lack compared to this top 16. So whoever is this idea of just showing the top 16 preliminary interview is purely pathetic. If you gonna be transparent, be transparent with all. Otherwise this is just plain hocus pocus , and these videos will not vindicate anything!
