You are right that's why the DSM of psych categories has removed some specific diagnoses. Some psych issues overlap or have traits of one with another. They call it a 'spectrum' of degrees of more or less along with overlap and comorbidities not one simple boxed diagnosis with specific traits.
If Sandoval has ADHD and /or narcissistic and impulsive comorbidities then he would never settle down in a normal long term relationship, never grow and evolve into the later phases. He'll just move on to get the fast paced infatuation and feed that he needs. He will always leave anyone in the dust.

Emily, I la la love your podcast and I've been looking forward to listening to y'all unpack the VPR Reunion (part 1)! The fact that you prepare notes and walk us through the highlights, subtext, and even the blink-and-you'll-miss it moments is why I'm a big fan. I'm also in complete agreement about how Lala & James remind us of the pair of muppets watching and commenting from the theater balcony (Statler & Waldorf), around the 38:54 mark.😂 They were roasting Sandoval, Schwartz, and Raquel to their faces and it was delicious! Sidenote: Pia is serving a face card that'll never be denied, sheesh she looks especially gorgeous here!

I live on Guam & we were hit by Typhoon Mawar, currently the strongest storm in so far for 2023. Because of this typhoon I was unable to watch Part 1 of the season finale. I listen to your podcast while waiting in line to fuel my car. You & Pia got me through the 3 hour wait. I loved it & people in the car before and after me ended getting out of their to listen to the podcast. Ladies we were laughing so hard. She Speaks Bravo is great for lifting your spirit especially in a disaster. Thank you for the laughs.
I'm a first time viewer and I have to say I have found my people!! You said exactly what I was thinking (and screaming at my TV). You also made some points I hadn't thought about. I was only going to watch for a few minutes but it's now nearing the end and I don't want it to end.

Rachael is so stupid it is an insult to people on the spectrum. She is just stupid. Gotten away with everything her whole life because of her upbringing and her looks. So sad when beautiful people slide because of their looks. Looks fadeaway, but smarts are forever. Rachael needs to read a book.

I also think that Rachel is in the spectrum, there's a lot I perceive. I live with someone in the spectrum and it's hard to read emotion, it doesn't mean that people in the spectrum aren't capable of feeling emotion, they just don't express it in the way that neurotypicals do. It's like we live in different planets in a way. But they know right from wrong, there's still a moral compass, but for some reason Rachel doesn't have one. I also see it in Teresa Giudice, to me that's the more evident one.
2:15:54 Lala and James def got off easy regarding that because that was a rumor that came up a couple seasons ago. They both vehemently denied it and then to just play it off, the timing worked in their favor because of the Scandoval of it all, but I agree with the overall point

LVP is a walking contradiction that has been lining her pockets while her staff emotionally implodes publicly. She is no sage of wisdom either. She calls Lala out for not "knowing" what Randall was doing in one episode and then proceeds to defend Tom by saying the whole cast has cheated on partners over the years. If Pandora's husband did what Tom did LVP would NEVER sit next to him and console him. She is NOT an ally of women by any means. Lala, Ariana, Katie AND James (#1 Guy) should demand MAJOR salary increases or refuse to film.
