I would like to point out that a lot of people use code items or hidden items that are free and they want event item horses ect and then trick newer players even if it is during an event it is so terrible.
Iβve got scammed before π’.so I gave really really good horses to this person so they would find a v1 Fri and they unfriended me and yeah I traded two v1
There is a new scam people will buy your things at your market stand then the money they paid for it will just disappear out of your inventory
now i understand why nobody wants to do the market with me because i dont have a lot of money and dont use money on my island and i genuinly dont like scamming and sometimes people yell at me saying im a scammer and i get mad and now i understand why
There are some times where people get scammed and they join friends and say βhey I got scammed do u have any unwanted horses?β Then people literally spam βscammer!β Even though it could be real. I wish scammers never existed π
Super informative video! Iβve been scammed multiple times, and itβs really great to see that people are spreading awareness!
Sometimes when scammers do the scam where they give you a horse if you buy a random item for that price, they have friend scammers on the server to pretend to be a real customer and to "prove" they aren't scamming. I literally saw the same 3 scammers on multiple servers doing the same scam. I tried to stop it but the players didn't listen cause they really wanted the horse.

Do not trust "friends" in the game, if you do not know that person in real life, do not trust, I had a friendship for a long time in the game and I never thought he could scam me, obviously he did, it has also happened to other players, so if your friend asks you for something don't feel pressured, if he is your true friend he will understand and respect your decision. βΊοΈ
