Solved ! After 27 years of research I finally deciphered the RN and this case.
Most of you have been fooled badly as was I for many years.
Not anymore !
This case skews perception , you must change your perception in order to understand this case.
Breakdown of the RN and what its purpose was.
"We respect your business but not the company it serves"
This is an easy one.
This was put in the RN strictly to misdirect LE to JR's job ….
When you get into things like "Bring a Large attache"
and "if we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery" no one knew what or why those were put into the RN until now.
The attache had the victim's DNA in it and packing peanuts all over the place . I don't think we need to brainstorm for very long to know what was being packed in that attache, it is odd that kidnappers would care about what sized attache would be used, that is unless you were alibi setting to your wife and everyone else that you would be carrying a large attache. I think that JR had planned on getting PR and BR out of the house and then he would get the attache out of the house but if you needed a plan where you were carrying an attache out with a body in it and your wife or anyone else may see you with it then you put it right into the RN and now if anyone sees him carrying it , there are no questions asked because he was just following the instructions in the ransom note .
He was going to take JBR's body out of that house under the guise of picking up the ransom money from the Bank.
"If we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery."
This was added to ransom note because JR was not sure when he could get PR and BR out of the house, so he was working with an unknown timeline and this gives him a window of opportunity.
Since there was no time attached to this statement, JR had freedom to decide when the time was right, for instance he could have waited until it was possible to get the body out of the house and when PR asked,
Why did you leave to drop the ransom off 10 minutes after I left ?
JR could say the kidnappers contacted him and he had to follow their instructions. This statement gives a window of time to dump the body whenever JR wanted.
"The delivery will be exhausting."
JR was heading to the bank to pick up the money but then he would need more time than that to pick up the money and bury JBR.
If you have an exhausting delivery this gives JR an excuse for what took him so long picking up money from the Bank, in reality he was picking up money AND dumping a body but this gives him an alibi for why he was gone an extra 2 hours or however long it took him.
"The small amount of the ransom."
The ransom amount was so small because the person who wrote it is the one paying the money out of his own pocket and most likely burying it forever with the body.
JR had to part with that money for forever so why bury a million dollars when you only have to bury 118,000 and one years bonus ?
Secondly , JR had to be able to get that money out of the bank asap. He had to be able to get that liquidity and quickly. The amount that he had accessible and could get in the next couple of days was most likely his last deposit of that bonus check. These are the reasons the Ransom Amount was so small.
"If you want to see your daughter alive again"
"She will be beheaded"
"You will be denied her remains for proper burial."
These statements are all preying and attacking PR's religious beliefs in order to get her to follow the ransom notes instructions.
PR's #1 religious belief was that you had to have a proper burial in order to have an afterlife. Who would know this and know PR's religious beliefs in that much detail. PR's religious beliefs are attacked repititively throughout the ransom and the main point the author is making is do NOT call 911.
"The practice ransom note."
This was not a practice RN at all. The only thing that was changed was the header. I am sure that JR struggled with who to address the RN to.
He changes it to only himself as it then gives him the power and authority over all decision making and basically gives him control over the situation, which he desperately needs.
"JR checking his mail that morning and LE and everyone thinking it is odd"
Well of course it is odd considering your daughter is missing but I have a hunch as to why.
The kidnappers could not call and contact JR because of phone records and JR not being able to be in 2 places at once and call himself.
So what would he do ?
I think I know….
The next correspondence from the kidnappers could not be a phone call but it was most likely going to come in the form of another letter and through the mail.
JR either stuck the letter in the mailbox the night before or mailed it to himself.
Now that LE was in the house that letter needed to be destroyed as it was more evidence. Under the guise of getting the mail , JR gets the instruction letter out of the mailbox and destroys it.
Keep in mind that the ransom note was never meant to get into law enforcement's possession, it was going to be buried with JBR and the instructions letter.
JR fully expected PR to listen to the ransom notes instructions
When she didn't he now had to go into the basement with LE in the house, move the body into the wine cellar and restage for a sexual assault in order to cover up the previous nights and prior sexual assaults. Thus why you now have what looks like 2 crimes that have baffled LE and everyone since the inception of this case.
It isn't 2 separate crimes, it is a crime that was interrupted and changed. It was going to be a kidnapping but had to be changed to a sexual assault with the body not being able to leave the house any longer.
All of the evidence now lines up perfectly and it is the ONLY way that it does.
JR ALONE is the guilty party in this case.
I have identified two members of that ridiculous "small foreign faction":
Patsy Ramsey
John Ramsey
It would be interesting to learn what Peter Hyatt, who was interviewed by Richard D. Hall about Madeleine McCann, has to say about the Ramsey case. He used to work for the FBI and solves crime by interpreting the suspects use of language.
Great job. I'm anxious to hear who y'all think is the killer. I have been following this case for years
57.50 wouldn't the mail not come and the bank be closed since it would've been Christmas day?
You aren't telling the truth! Burke was interviewed by detectives
44.17 Patsy never picked up the paper lying on the floor. She approached it forensically by reading it kneeling down or bent over whatever, but never picked it up. John likewise who claimed to have read the whole ransom note. but again never touched it. There were no fingerprints on the ransom note. Now straight off the back this podcast has got their facts wrong . but not hard to do there's so many subtleties associated with this case. I wonder what made Patsy hesitant to pick up the paper? It never gets talked about. Most folk I would imagine having paper lying around on the floor @ the wee hours of the morning as you're rushing to prepare for the day, would pick it up with the intention of throwing it in the trash can but not b4 u get a close look @ it. But not Patsy something made her pause and figure these papers lying around were something more than just litter. But again haven't heard it discussed as to her motives that morning which made her not to pick it up.
it was a priest at their church
maybe the mom….she had stage 4 cancer so she would die and jon benet s career would be over???????
I heard it was a 4 page ramsom note.
Ladies excellent job!
The DA screwed up big time. However; all the blame falls on the Boulder Police department.
A Grand Jury voted to indict the Parents and Alex Hunter never informed the Boulder Police Detectives. Only reason this is known is that 2 Jurors disgusted with what had happened, came out publicly.
I just emailed Boulder police and press as I have looked at the big picture and everything leads to John. I know why everything doesn't make sense from facts we already have.
No any parent would not take the duct tape off,he knew she was dead. Rig had already set in,and even started the decomp.I think he took the tape off to cover the fact his prints would be found,as well as touching the cord that tied her hands. Same with Patsy laying on her. The officer moved the body after John did. Friends came over and destroyed even more evidence. There were more people there than cops investigating. This crime was covered up from people in places of authority and done deliberately from the time that fake hysteria 911 call. The Ramseys had many influential friends, included was DA, certain investigators not to mention his own private paid for investigators. They were dictating everything. They were not treated like any average citizen.
This poor little girl has had NO justice.
Shame on every person that allowed this case to be another OJ and another Casy Anthony case. Totally criminal!
Excellent show! Really well presented.
Melinda's fiance has said that John told them he found JonBenet's body at 11:00 am (NOT 1:00pm). I believe this is correct. He found her earlier that 1:00 pm (or already knew she was there, dead in the house, and moved her from one place to another.)
So many of these you tube video hosts just feed off of the huge majority believe the long ransom letter cover up night by John an Patsy… Find it hard to believe a happy millionaire dad an his state beauty pagent wife would cover up an accident though very many believe that's what happened. Many believe the burke flashlight hit an cover up . Autopsy doctor what he believes with his medical expertise said the choke unconscious came 1st then a baseball bat found outside basement area is in police evidence caused the 8 inch skull fracture on back of her head…thats not even an accident cover up most detective im sure would agree on. That….I believe this was an easy money grab kidnap turned murder when JB screamed around 1 am. They both had financial debt both had keys to house both could easily have pulled this off cleaned up everything including JB before they left. Its not ricket science for someone to get some of Patsy letters an practice her handwriting……dont even know where to start where police was clueless that this was a child taken home breached crime. I believe a group of a ring leader pulled this crime off eanting easy cash though when JB screamed around 1 am the kidnap random turned murder they just hid her body in the separate basement room an closed the old swivel boatd latch at top an left. Forever blowz me away police was there 6 hours an never opened that door sn mind boggling so a detective tells john to go around again an look real good he finally opens the seperate basement room door…..Just sn unbelievable case…..So sorry JB you are with our Lord now……….
haaa why don't you go ask the mother–what kind of question is that-we all know who did it[stupid]
Frankly, we are tired and sick that every YT true crimer just knowing less than 50 % of the facts thinks they must talk about this case. We donÂīt need more opinions, we need more facts and more insights. Actually study this case like a real investigator or leave this case alone.
It will suddenly be solved after John dies. ðĪ·ââïļ
The DNA is just "touch" dna, not sperm, not blood etc just dna of someone from the factory where the underwear was made. The inside of the tape that was on Jonbennets mouth had Patsys sweater fibers. The note that was left on stairs had no fingerprints so how did Patsy read it? She got up , saw some note on stairs and she wore gloves to read it? The flashlight found at the house had no fingerprints either. Hiw is it possible to have an object in ones house without fingerprints on it? And if an intruder left that flashlight why did he wipe it off why not just take it and throw away miles away? Note was written on Patsys notebook , it was a 3rd try, person who wrote it had 2 tries before. Penn was put back in its place. The parents said children went straight to bed but they ate pineapple with milk because a bowl with it was still in kitchen . Basement window had a spiderweb that wasn't damadge and there were no footprints near window so nobody came through it. Notecard author new John was from the South and that he got 118k as a Xmas bonus. There was no intruder. It was a family thing. Everybody knows that but when you have money sometimes you get away with killing.
Oh dang! I need the next episode!!!!!
Looking forward to Part 2. You both give great detail in explaining the event.
