The Miss Universe Organization has been sold yet again…at least partially. Yesterday, JKN Global Ground announced that it sold 50% of its Miss Universe shares to Legacy Holding Group, a Mexican-based corporation.

This transaction ends the one-year monopoly that Anne Jakrajutatip had over the Miss Universe organization and its affiliated businesses.

But, is this good news for the most prestigious beauty pageant in the world? Is this the beginning of a new era for Miss Universe or the beginning of the end?

Watch this video to find out all the details about the new acquisition of Miss Universe by Raul Rocha and Legacy Holding Group. Do you think this will be a positive change for Miss Universe?

  1. I like better Mexicana Universal, Lupita Johns is much better preparing misses and I like much better the fact that she really respect women and integrity of a real miss!!
You better make more videos of Mexicana Universal 2024… Miss universe sucks!!

  2. I hope the real misses open up their eyes and don’t compete on this platform to be used and been disrespected as women.

  3. I agree with Luis. We all have to wait and see how these changes will affect the whole MUO brand. On the other hand, I am cautiously optimistic about this new development. It feels that there is a wanting to balance the leadership in getting a Filipina like Quito-Co plus the new Mexican part owner. Wishing for the best! πŸŽ‰

  4. Hope they will stop send married or mother to competion also age conditions should be there, i think that they should give 30 years max. On there another the pagent shouldn't call miss universe but Mrs. universe

  5. My own opinion I wish he have nothing to do with miss universe he sell the 50% he owned coz since he took over the credibility of this pageant has been tarnish .

  6. To bring back the prestige of miss universe as it was before I think Jkl should sell the 50% share to someone who know how to run the business coz since he took over the miss universe became a cheap pageant and a cooking show . It is better he don’t own the miss universe .

  7. 50/50? Nah, a group with 2 heads will eventually not prosper. A kingdom with 2 rulers is chaotic. Someone has to claim more.

  8. Interesting. Great analyses, Luis. But you are Mexican, no? So, you are based in Manila?? I think with the 2028 Olympics going to LA and Brisbane 2032, they should move MU hqtrs and apartment for MU back to LA–IMHO.

  9. Who else misses the IMG Era? Let’s just all agree that the IMG era gave us substantial women with Beauty, Brains, and Brilliance. The top3/5 between 2015-2021, Each of them were crowning material. Thats why we are more passionate and borderline toxic than ever. The MU IMG Era will forever be the golden era of ALL international pageantry.

  10. I hope the host must be read carefully when he / she announce the name of the contestant who intered to semi or final..to avoid negligence..

  11. If there is a big change then it’s not a normal pageant and the Big Four like Miss Earth, International and World. The public will criticize them for changed rules

  12. It was actually also 50/50 in the "you know who" era, either CBS or NBC owned the other 50% from him. It's just he's such a braggadocios and always claimed to fully own MUO.

  13. Definitely for sure its just a propaganda of the previous owner. It is still the same pagent who can manipulate whos going to be the winner.

  14. Since that despicable fake woman took over, she trashed this once-prestigious beauty pageant, corrupt to the core MR. JKN😑

  15. For me Olivia Quido will serve as a balance since she has worked with previous MU owner for quite sometime. She's like the next Paula Shugart for me.
