This is the conclusion to our saga. I wanted to give everyone an update and let you know that I appreciate you advocating for me. It was an unfortunate experience that I feel we can all move on from and hopefully learn from. Everything happens for a reason and I feel like this experience can open up a conversation about women’s empowerment, and what we as women can do to help the advancement of one another.

  1. Been a silent supporter here, Dani. I am thrilled to finally writing this kudos post for all the concern, hardwork, and love for the pageant community. Looking forward to more of your reflections and (critical) insights to make our community thrive and queens – all of us empowered!

  2. Dani, I found your channel years ago when I was competing for pageants myself. I had no monetary support and definitely couldn't hire a coach. Your videos helped me TREMENDOUSLY in my pageant journey. Which may seem surface level but I know that you understand the advantages that can come with pageants. Because I was able to do well, I was able to get scholarship money, I learned speaking and interview skills, I learned resume building and creation, and gained friendships all over the US- on top of so much more. Your channel and messages like this one- supporting other women- are part of the reason I was able to get a degree, get and keep a good career, and fight my way out of the poverty I was raised in. To some, pageants may seem simple but the doors they open up will be something I am forever grateful for and I can't help but also be grateful for your role in that too.

I am glad there was a resolution to this particular problem and am hopeful the organization starts to wake up and realize what they are doing isn't alright!

  3. It was definitely the right move on their part to reverse the blocking. Sadly, they created unnecessary negativity with the initial decision. Hopefully whoever is in charge now will learn from this and improve in the future. Drama like this detracts from the accomplishments of their title holders whom they owe. As always, thanks for your coverage and updates!

  4. I am beyond happy they unblocked you Dani. Dani how are you liking Sheynnis' reign? She is doing so many amazing things she has traveled to México, Indonesia, Qatar, and Brazil. She now has a new apartment. She is working with different brands and today she was working with Smile Train in Mexico. In addition, she is booked to travel to Panamá, Ecuador, and maybe Belgium and Costa Rica. Moreover, Aunt Anne said that Sheynnis is going to have a Global Tour soon like R'bonney had an Asia Tour, Sheynnis is having a Global Tour and she is booked to travel to different countries in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas. I hope she can go to different countries in Africa. Also, how are you liking Miss Supranational's reign so far? Andrea has done so many amazing things and she has been working with different organizations and helping people in need. She has traveled to the USA, Ecuador, Honduras, Poland, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Peru, and Brazil. Moreover, her next trip is going to be a week long trip to Indonesia and the Supra organization said that Andrea is booked to travel to different countries in Asia and Europe. She is an ambassador for the Hanses disease and she has met with different important leaders of different countries. And she is also working for the people in need. I am loving both of their reigns.

  5. I really pray Miss USA can make a turn around. With all the drama going on between USA/universe it’s sad to see this fall from grace. I hope the higher ups see your video and are inspired to get back the basis of their organization…uplifting women!

  6. Glad that this has been resolved. And still maintainging that positivity and joy amidst such shady treatment and vontiuing to use your platform to encourage, enable, empower and uplift.
You are a gem, Dani ❤❤❤❤❤
Patiently awaiting your take on Paula Shugart speaking out against Khun Anne's recent comments. As well Momager Esther Swann's story "I didn't leave when sh*t got real. I left when sh*t got fake".

  7. I love all of your episodes but this was a particularly wonderful one. I am so impressed with your maturity and positive outlook! I am older than you and I will tell you that when I graduated from college and began working in the business world, I was surprised and dismayed at the differences between men and women in high positions in business. Men who were bosses or who had authority over other employees seemed to me to be unthreatened by those employees that were underneath them in the hierarchy of the business. This was NOT true of the women, however. Over and over I saw that a woman who'd managed to climb the corporate ladder, rather than help other women to climb too, would push and shove and kick (figuratively, of course) so that other women could not come near them. They would do anything to keep the other women in the office from climbing and reaching the same level of success that they enjoyed. I thought this was very sad. Even the woman who said she wanted to be my mentor clearly did not want me to rise to her level. I left the business world after 7 years and became a school teacher — a job for which I was much better suited and which I have loved. I have no idea if things have changed at all in the business world, but I hope very much that they have. It seems to me that if I, as a woman, achieve a level of success the thing I need to do is to help other women to achieve that success too. That way, we are all successful and we are all growing. Anyway, I just wanted to share that and thank you again for an excellent episode!
