At a hearing on Wednesday before a special committee of the State Senate, which recently began investigating Ms. Willis, the defense lawyer leading the disqualification effort testified that Ms. Willis had once taken a large sum of money from her political campaign for her personal use.

It sure sounds like judge McAfee is in the position to remove the DA office from their prosecution of the case due to the inherent rights of the accused. But he is also in a position of not wanting to prejudice a potential prosecution of Willis/Wade. That sure seems like the right call to me.

I truly believe that the purpose of this trial is just another scheme initiated by Trump to escape and/or postpone his day in court. I am a Caucasian, age 78, and am terribly worried about ALL of the citizens of the USA, including my beloved children and grandchildren, plus all people should Trump and his “Maga” team have ANY type of Control of our government! Citizens of the USA DO NOT DESERVE for a crooked,racist,dishonest liar,egotistical hate-monger in charge of honest,hardworking, citizens .
If the State turns over records of the 2,000+ calls, and 12,000 texts between Fani and Wade in 2021 then that should prove there was no conflict of interest.
