Review: What I don’t like about these gorgeous PAGOW crystal bridal hair clips would be a much shorter list. As a matter of fact there would be nothing on a ‘do not like’ list. I LOVE everything about these barrettes! First is the fact that I even found them! It took forever….looking in every store I entered for months! Secondly I love how beautiful and sparkly they are….but just the right amount of sparkle, not gaudy. They are gorgeous! I am not the bride, or in a bridal party, but I am an aunt who wants to look nice. I’ve got long, thick curly hair, usually quite wild and unruly, but hair clips really look nice and are actually a must to keep my hair under control. However, I do not like huge gaudy jewelry….nor huge hair clips, huge earrings, huge necklaces, or gaudy bracelets….I go more for the simple look. I cannot tell you how many grossly oversized hair clips I have purchased over the internet because it’s so hard to gauge the size of a barrette if the advertisement does not include the length in inches. That being said, these crystal hair clips are the perfect size for me! One problem I often have is that since I like daintier things, the smaller the clip, the less hair it will hold and even though I only pull back a shock of hair, sometimes the clip won’t close because the hair is too thick. These crystal clips, however, are not only beautiful but they clip shut over my thick shock of hair and hold firmly! I have no idea how they would work for thin hair….they might slip. But for the price, I would recommend trying! Oh yeah, that’s another thing…..I got four hair clips for that price! Thank you PAGOW. I cannot thank you enough! You have solved a long-standing problem for me as it would seem that every other hair clip manufacturer went out of business in 2020 during Covid, because I’ve not been able to find hair clips that snap shut in the fashion of yours. They are still making the kind that are like alligator jaws but those do not hold my curly mess. Only the snap shut kinds have ever worked for me, so THANK YOU! I wish I knew how to send photos so others could see how beautiful these are, especially against my dark hair, but you’ll just have to take my word for it and order some for yourself. You’ll not be disappointed, I’m sure! You should sell a million of these. Oh, and they have a very attractive curve to them, too, besides that the gems are so pretty. I have no idea how well they will hold up, or keep their attractive shine, or that the gems will not come lose. Only time will tell about all that. But, for the price, I just think it’s a good buy and this is one happy customer here!
