Title: This is the ONLY type and brand of hair dryer I have used for decades!
Review: As a loyal user of this product, I am always so pleased when it comes time to replace a well used Conair 1875W Hair Dryer, to find that they are still available to buy. They do last a VERY long time; but I have been using these for several DECADES; and eventually, they do finally give out after several years of regular use. I have long hair that, without proper taming, could go pretty wild. This style dryer is the ONLY kind of dryer/styler I have used for literally 50 + years. I LOVE these dyers, because they are gentle on my hair, they gently comb and detangle and straighten my hair, as it dries it. Also, they are so much easier to maneuver than holding a dryer in one hand, while trying to comb straight (or wind hair around a brush) with the other hand. THIS dryer does both with only one hand. I cannot cope with any other dryer style. For fear of them ever becoming unavailable, I keep spares – ALWAYS. The one weak spot with them, however, is that after a time (years), the teeth on the combs eventually start falling out. Therefore, I am also glad to find that, with some effort, I CAN find replacement combs, which I only discovered very recently. (I HOPE they fit my dryers.). Though, sadly, they are not readily available. SUGGESTION to Conair: They should include EXTRA replacement comb attachments in with the original purchase of the dryer/styler. The combs give out long before the dryer does. Conair, are you listening??

Title: Brush slides off
Review: I’ve been using this style of a blow dryer since the 70s. It’s super easy and done with just one hand. It’s straightens the hair nicely! I have very thick and kinky hair and this works very well for me! My only complaint is that the brush slides off or pops off during use. I remedied it by wrapping a thick wire around the brush pulling it tighter so it stays on the blow dryer. I highly recommend this dryer!

Review: I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS!!!!! It’s comfortable to hold, just the right amount of wind and dried my hair in no time. I used the fine comb to give sheen and it worked excellent on my mixed race hair. The only drawback is having to use this in front of a mirror because when you attach the comb, you may misjudge distance and hit yourself in the head with it. It came neatly packaged, timely delivery and the reset button chips in if you run it on hot for too long. Great safety measure. Thank you Seller!!

Title: Good, reliable product
Review: I’ve used this Conair hair dryer for more than 20 years — had two die after years of service and keep another in my go bag. They’ve always been reliable and long-lasting. This newest one is a little quieter than in the past and it still dries my hair quickly. The brush attachment lets me style without having to use two hands (bad shoulder). Would buy again — and have, four times!

Review: I’ve owned several dryers like this before, both Vidal Sassoon and Conair. 90% sure I’ve owned this exact model before (albeit older versions, I’m sure). Whatever cheapo plastic Conair used to construct the attachment (on the round brush specifically. I didn’t try any of the others, I use this bad boy to make my little bettie bangs perfect. It’s the best tool for that!) warps/gets soft once it heats up (and this is, yaknow. A dryer. It’s job is to blow hot air) and the brush attachments comes loose and goes flying off into my tub or behind the toilet the second I try to pull it through any hair. Falls right the flip off.I went through two of these before coming to the conclusion that I didn’t just get a defective one, it’s a problem in the design.Not sure yet if I’m gonna just super glue the brush attachment on or if I’ll return it and spend $10 extra on a better dryer.Other than the HUGELY DISAPPOINTING ISSUE with the brush attachment, this dryer is great. Dries my hair real fast, design is comfy to hold, etc.
