Review: Exactly as described & for the price?/ Yup..blown away! Bought 1 for me, ( I have thin hair & not a lot of it but needed a strong blower to dry it quickly.) Bought 1 for my 18 yr old granddaughter, ( she has thick hair and so needed this.) We both are more than happy. Very strong cord. Yes, the dryer is a little heavy but it has to be to be so wind gale strength to dry the hair.

Title: Almost perfect, wish there were more temperature functions
Review: This is the best high powered hairdryer of this quality for the price point. I own Dysons and go through cheaper Conair hairdryers fairly quickly (have a household of 4 long-haired women and a mom who needs a lightweight hairdryer due to upper arm weakness). This hairdryer is built well to last so it is heavy duty, but the cord is made of thick construction and doesn’t twist up in the annoying way that cheaper hairdryers do. I had to take away a star for the lack of temperature settings. There are only 3 settings on the dryer so not a ton of versatility, but if power and durability are what’s most important to you, this is your product.

Title: Excellent Dryer For What It Is
Review: We bought this hair dryer because our nearly 20 year old Conair 1875 was showing its age. Although it was still working, and we didn’t want to scramble for one when it gave out. We tried a Yellow Bird, but didn’t care for it and like the John 6900 a lot more.At 2200 watts it is hotter than an 1875 watt dryer and it moves more air. That said, this is not that much hotter and for someone with long thick hair, it may not be enough. It works for us.We don’t have a problem with the toggle switches on the side of the handle. Our old Conair had them there an we just hold the dryer below switches. It is not a heavy dryer.We were able to catch a sale, so for $40 or so, it seems like a really good deal. Time will tell how long it lasts. But for now it is as good, or better, as any dryer we have had.

Review: It dries my hair very fast, which I love, but I do not like where the buttons are placed. They are on the side and my hand constantly hits a button while I am using it. I am sending it back because it is not comfortable to hold and changing the speed and heat level constantly while using it is annoying.

Review: The Revlon 1875w one I had tried before this was pretty weak despite the power rating on it.This 2200w one throws enough air at me that I’m very satisfied after hunting for a powerful enough blow dryer.One that isn’t a dinky Dyson clone with the high pitched ear piercing whine when you turn it on.This one has a deeper tone like the salon ones that doesn’t hurt your earsWish it was less expensive but I hope it lasts many years
