Review: * I am editing my review below to note that customer service reached out to me and sent me a brand new product. Excellent customer support!I purchased this hairdryer in September of 2023. After only nine months, it stopped blowing warm air. Itâs like the motor overheated and when it turned back on it was done. This was a very expensive hairdryer that I thought I would have for years. Even when it worked, it struggled to turn on at times. It was a powerful hairdryer, but its small design is flawed. I wouldnât purchase. No hairdryer should quit after less than a year.

Title: The dryer did not work upon plugging it in on the first occasion!
Review: Unfortunately, I never used the dryer. Out of the box, it would not register power. I’ve looked at it several times, read the operation instructions, and never have been able to use it. I did not return it during the returns window as I was too busy caring for an elderly parent who passed away during this time. This dryer was a total dud and a loss of $165 to me. I gave it one star because it is light weight and good looking.
