Title: Stopped working after 1 year, 9 months
Review: I would have given this hair dryer 4 stars before it totally stopped working. It was recommended by my hair stylist. It was great for travel and easy to use. However, it had no cool setting and the tip kept falling off. When, it stopped working one day in January, I did all the suggested, troubleshooting to no avail. When I finally was able to contact customer service, the woman I spoke with, refused to honor the warranty for one year. I explained to her that I used this hairdryer four minutes at the most a couple of times a week. I also told her that my previous hairdryers lasted well over 10 years and were put aside for a variety of reasons, but none were because they wouldnât run properly. She was totally uninterested and refused to do a thing. This has not been my experience with the few companies Iâve had to call with similar issues , I was able to replace them no matter what time because they said that this should not happen and they did not want to leave it, So, I was very satisfied. The new products they sent worked perfectly wel and have been running for 2 to 3 years now. Customer rep from Conair was unwilling to do a thing â not even a discount. I will not be buying from Conair again.

Title: Light weight, powerful and a good price –
Review: What a great little dryer! I use mine almost every day and haven’t been disappointed with the performance. It is light but not flimsy or cheap. Like all the Babyliss products I have bought it is well made and has all the features you will need except for a “cool shot”. It has plenty of power in it’s two settings. It’s a pluss that it has dual power. It doesn’t fold, but the dryer is so small you can find room for it easily – both at home and in your suitcase. An extra long cord is handy, and I also like the nano titanium features of this model which I feel add shine and really dry hair quickly.I wanted quality but most important was the weight of this model. If like me, you have had difficulty holding the weight of an average dryer long enough to dry your hair, you will love this one. The price is very reasonable also.

Title: Small but powerful!
Review: I love this hairdryer. I first bought it in 2015 thinking about having a small hairdryer for traveling but it was so powerful that immediately became my default hairdryer. It lasted up until this year with a weekly use (at least 2 times per week). Due to this, I decided to buy it again almost 10 years later and I am super happy to have my favorite hairdryer back.
