Title: A complete waste of money!
Review: I have skin allergies so I’m very limited in what makeup I can wear. This eyeliner is on my list of ‘can wear’ products, so I gave it a try. In fact, I gave it a try three different times! First of all, it flakes… everywhere. It’s hard to apply and so you have to go over and over your lash line and then you end up with a bunch of flakes under your eyes. The tip is too fat to give you a sleek line, so I tried to use a cotton swap the remove some of it and it smeared. It’s just awful, and I waited too long to return it, so I’m stuck putting it in the donation box with all the other makeup “fails.”
