Title: Good, but stopped working properly- updated
Review: Update 2/27/23:The seller has reached out to me and has made me whole. Knowing that they stand by their product brings peace of mind and with this, I would buy this product again. However, from an environmentally conscious perspective, it would be great if the product would last longer. Which Iâm hoping my replacement will.****Original review:It was a good little blow dryer while it worked. I purchased this in Sept of 2022 and as of yesterday, 1/15/2023, the buttons for the heat settings no longer work. The dryer now only works on the med settings and the light constantly blinks now. And the only way to make the air hot is if I press the low button while in the med setting. Unfortunately, my return window closed in Oct. While this was less expensive than the brand name dryer, I was still expecting to get a few years out of this. I hate to say this was a waste of money. Buy with caution. I hope yours lasts longer than this one.

The power cord was short making it limited in the distance I was able to use it.This hair dryer is slim, lightweight and has a longer power cord making it much easier to use. It is much quieter, more powerful and does the job in a shorter amount of time.I am very happy with this hair dryer..

Title: Buyer beware !!!
Review: This hair dryer is great when it works. I have gone through 4 dryer in less than a year. Each one lasts around 3 months before the heating element goes out. Their customer service was pretty good and they sent us new ones with now issue and stated that they knew this was an issue. Only communication was emails as they are in china and no English or number to call. I originally purchased the purple one and went through 3 of them. The last one they sent me was the more expensive white one. I thought great will last now, Well that last 3 month again and heat is dead. I just asks for money back but now nothing be ghost from emails sent out now. I would not recommend this unit at all and look at reviews 21% one stars are probably the honest reviews. Hope this helps others from making a mistake and wasting money.

Review: I absolutely love this dryer. It folds which is good for travel and storage but does an amazing job drying your hair. I never dreamed a hair dryer cld make a difference in styling your hair but this one definitely does. I have always used the cheaper ones from the big box stores. I highly recommend..

Review: I bought this for home use after my stylist showed me her $400 dryer that looked exactly like it. After reading reviews, I opted to purchase a 2-year extended warranty, which I normally never do. Fingers crossed.I really like all of the options/combinations of air speed and temperature, although I had to write them out on a 3 x 5 card because the manual is so tiny. The handle folds for travel, and I can tuck it neatly in the corner of my suitcase. The motor is super quiet. I showed it to my stylist, and sheâs planning to buy one for herself! The alternating cold/hot function is apparently very good for smoothing long hair without having to engage the âcool shotâ button.
