Title: Long lasting and beautifully natural
Review: Medium cool color is by far my favorite lip color of all time! It is long lasting, lasting ALL day long and is such a beautifully natural color. I am not adventurous enough to go with a bold or bright color and try to keep things more natural looking and this is the PERFECT color for that. Its slightly darker than my natural lip color, so natural but noticeable. I get so many compliments on the color and it’s just the added bonus that it stays all day.I put it on first thing in the morning when I’m getting ready for work. I let it dry well, usually putting the color on and then doing my mascara and then put the top coat on. It does seem to dry your lips out at first, but as soon as you put the top coat on it is back to normal. I only apply the top coat one time and don’t have an issue with dry lips the rest of the day despite the top coat not lasting long.I highly recommended not only this product, but the color itself as well! 10/10.

Title: Outlast is always the best!
Review: I have tried nearly every “long wearing” lipstick there is on the market, from drugstore to high end. None can compete with Covergirl Outlast when it comes to longevity. I will put a basic color like this one on and let it dry, then I will use a regular lipstick on top for the look I want. However I am safe in the knowledge that when the basic lipstick wears off, my Outlast is still there and so I just top it off with a bit of gloss and I am ready to go on with my day. Outlast will wear from morning until I take it off and if I don’t (tried once for a test and it was a red shade), it was still there the next morning. A bit faded and a bit dry, but I still had color after 24hrs. It lives up to its name and nothing compares to it. Nothing.

Title: Light Cool – 900, Fair Skin Wonder Nude!!!
Review: 03/18/23 – Just got this today and I love it! I want try more colors and get more of this specific one!I am very pale, the fairest person I know. I burn easily, have freckles and hazel eyes. It has been difficult to find nude lipstick that does not make me look washed out or appears too orange or dark on my cool toned skin.I have a heart condition that causes my lips to be white or blue. This causes me to look ill and prompts unsolicited questions. Light Cool – 900 makes me feel sophisticated and confident.This color, Light Cool – 900, is hands down the best nude I have ever tried. It truly is “nude” and it is the color of my natural lips at their best. I feel very lady-like with this color, it makes me feel more put together, and healthier looking.It is a quite light pink. I can see myself using another color, in this same collection, called Blushed Mauve – 550 to deepen the color or create a subtle ombre effect.I’ll take a picture of my lips when I’m all done up. I tend to lean to more natural makeup looks and this color fits the bill perfectly.Regarding longevity, this lipstick is amazing! It does feel drying when initially applied however the included balm changes it to something very comfortable. Usually I’m a Carmex only girl and this does not irritate my lips or feel like the Sahara.Picture taken in natural light. Left, Light Cool and right, Blushed Mauve. Both are subtle colors.

Title: I love it, I hate it
Review: This product does exactly what it says. It definitely stays on the lips. However, it does not have the most pleasant feel. It feels really dry like your lips are covered in sand paper. I also didn’t expect the matte finish. The gloss that comes with the tiny tube of color does absolutely nothing to moisturize the lips. I like the color but the feel of the product on, takes a bit getting use to. I hope this product is not harmful, just a concern because it’s almost impossible to get it off.

Title: Lipstick is durable and pretty, top coat is unnecessary
Review: I bought this because I got a discount, totally unsure of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised.The lipstick is by far the star of this product.LONGEVITY – It does. not. come. off. To see how truly long lasting it is I wore it around the house for 12 hours through two meals and many drinks, smiling, chewing gum, and talking. When I went to remove it looked the same as when I put it on. I had to use makeup remover to get it off.COLOR – From the picture I assumed medium cool would be much more of a pinkish red color. It is just a straight up nude lipstick. I was disappointed at first but the color matches my very fair, cool tone skin really well. It dries very matte and it’s very opaque. You will only need to use one thin coat. I applied more than one coat and at times it felt very thick and uncomfortable, so only use one coat.TOP COAT – As far as I can tell the “top coat” is completely unnecessary. It’s basically a very soft, wet(?) lip balm, except you get none of the moisturizing benefits when applied on top of the lipstick for obvious reasons. I had to exfoliate and moisturize my lips after I removed the lipstick. If you want a matte lip then you are totally fine to skip the topcoat. It is very glossy which seems to be the main purpose. It does not stick to your lips very well so in the future I will use my regular burt’s bees lip balm for a more long lasting, less glossy effect. I may enjoy the top coat over a lip stain but overall I can’t see myself using it very much.I do not and have not ever owned a nude lipstick but I think I will get a lot of use out of this in combination with my purple and black lip liners. Overall I recommend it and I will probably buy this same thing in a non-nude color!
