Title: PERFECT shadow; not matte but shimmer is subtle
Review: Have adored this shadow for years. Def not matte. It is a shimmer/metallic BUT good news if you don’t like too flashy, because it’s a more subtle shimmer and can be downplayed by applying less. It’s not a loud metallic. Has a silky texture, not too dry so it has staying power. I get a lot of compliments on it. I use tiny dab of foundation on lids as a base to hold the shadow. Being midage means skin is dryer so shadows that are too dry won’t stick on me. This is a powder, but a creamier one. It’s perfect. The color is NOT chocolate brown. It’s somewhere between a subtle metallic taupe and a bronze. Not too grey, not too orangey, not too brown. Mixes well w/other shadows too. I LOVE it and love the price. Hope it never gets discontinued.

Title: A great “foundation” for professional-looking eye shadow
Review: I use this shadow as a “base” for the rest of my eye makeup. It can, of course, be worn alone for those who are makeup minimalists or want to look completely “natural.” I praise this product for the smoothness of application, ease of application and its “no-waste” packaging. I’m forgetting the color… I call it “nude.” Again, great for those who can’t be bothered with eye makeup, but who want to look “together” every day.

Title: Arrived damaged: completely unusable & unreturnable. Buyer beware!
Review: I bought this eyeshadow from my local grocery store a year ago & loved the color, but it is no longer sold there so I was excited to see it on Amazon. However, it arrived today completely unusable. It was not boxed separately from my other orders & without opening the seal, you can see that the powder is smashed in the corners of the container and you can literally see the whole bottom (there is no solid powder left). I am so disappointed. The worst part is that you can’t return the item, so I’m out the money without the product and am too worried to buy another one on Amazon without a guarantee of quality. Buyer beware :(.

Title: Sheer But Great With Primer and for the Crease
Review: I have used many of the shades from the Monos line. This isn’t my absolute favorite but it makes a good eye highlighter and looks good on the crease. It looks brown or even pink the packaging but it’s more of a sheer nude shimmer on the skin. Even on my very fair lids I barely get the color to show even with a primer and trying to build it. But instead of highlighter on my eye I use this and it’s a great alternative. Even though it’s quite sheer it’s still a good price as long as I use it as a eye highlighter and not expect it to look like a pigmented shadow.
