It’s so smooth that it glides on effortlessly, which is a relief because I’ve had my fair share of tugging incidents with other liners. Plus, the pigmentation is stunning. Title: Used to Be Great
Review: I have purchased these eyeliner pencils over eight times because of their great quality and reasonable price. However, the last time that I purchased them, I purchased two of the same black pencils and have been highly disappointed. Instead of gliding on easily and smoothly, the first pencil seemed dry, it was difficult to get a smooth line, and the “lead” was broken into several pieces inside the plastic tube. In the middle of using it, I’d suddenly have a broken piece fall out, sometimes staining whatever it dropped. on. The pencil was used up in about 16 days. I thought that it must have just been a fluke and the second one would work fine. It didn’t and had the same problems as the first. I don’t know if these pencils were old stock, but I am very disappointed and will be hesitant to purchase them again.

Review: Under the moonstone is a gorgeous color! It’s sord of like a bronze color. Looks pretty with my blue eyes. The quality is good, it stays on, it goes on smooth but so it doesn’t dry so it easy to smear if not careful. But I always soften my line anyway
