Title: Love!
Review: I have used Natural Instincts for many years to freshen up my natural mouse-brown color and cover the small amount of gray I have. I decided to try this as it was less expensive and I was never really in love with the results I got from Natural Instincts. I don’t like permanent color as it seems to be too damaging and drying to my hair. I tried this product today and was pleasantly surprised! It smelled great and was easy to wash out. I especially enjoyed the leave-in scalp serum and as some others have said, I wish it came in a bottle I could buy on its own. The ash-brown color blended beautifully with my natural hair and the results were uniform—I always seem to have an issue with my ends coming out darker than the rest of my hair, and that didn’t happen this time. And it covered the grays! The conditioner and scalp serum left my hair healthy-looking and full of body. I’m thrilled with the results I got and for the price, you really can’t go wrong. I’ll absolutely buy this again!

Title: Love this brand
Review: This was a first time use and am very pleased with the color, the ease of use a the lack of strong smell. I really like that you shampoo after coloring so whatever smell there is doesn’t linger. For years I’d been using a different brand because it’s hard to find semi permanent hair color. I added this to my subscriber and save products so I don’t forget which color I chose and planned on sticking with this brand anyway. It’s a good product.

Title: Save Hundreds at Home!
Review: This product is awesome if you have the right expectations! My salon blonde balayage (on light brunette roots) was several months grown out & costs $250. This $5 product was able to even out my overall color and blend the harsh root/highlight contrast at the top. See collage for shades & timestamps.Dark Blonde was a good natural match. I repurchased in Light Golden Brown for a slightly darker/warmer tone and probably prefer the first but both are good. As with other box dyes, individual results vary and you have to be ok with a range of final looks. It did not cause any damage.USE: I tried to do a very thorough job saturating all hair and left it in slightly longer than instructed, for 30 minutes. The bottle surprised me and one was enough to cover my long, medium thickness hair.CONS: It does not cover grays completely and I have a handful but it blended the majority of them. It does not last 28 washes since I had noticeable fading around 8 weeks (washing hair weekly.) However, both are not dealbreakers for me given my intentions of using this product.In my opinion this is worth a try if you’re on a budget! It’s ideal for freshening up/evening out tone and blending grown out color. Plus, it’s low risk since it’s semipermanent. I’ll reuse 🙂

Title: Toned but also lifted
Review: I used the 5A color in an effort to tone my highlights. While it did tone my highlights, it also lifted my natural color a bit, which is definitely not what I was expecting or wanting. I didn’t think a toner could lift at all. Apply carefully if you’re just trying to tone specific areas or pieces unless you don’t mind a little lift on darker areas. The conditioner and serum made my hair feel nice afterwards.

Review: I have dark brown hair and I didn’t know whether or not this color would work it’s not as bright as on the box but you can definitely see the color which is great I absolutely love it and I will buy it again.
