Title: Pigmented, Pretty, Opaque, Smooth Application If SHAKE FIRST-Warm Feel Maybe From Denat. Alcohol
Review: Urban Decay 24/7 Glaze-On Liquid Eyeshadow in Traffic Jam (Burgundy Shimmer) initially smells like rubbing alcohol to me, but the smell dissipates quickly. This has a nice brush that’s easy to control and spreads this liquid shadow smoothly and evenly. MUST SHAKE THE SHADOW before use. Those who got a thin or blotchy application may have forgotten to shake first, as I made that mistake on the first use and got a blotchy, weak pigmented application that was too sheer.After shaking, however, I get opaque and even coverage with strong pigment and evenly applied sparkles. I’m pale with an olive hue and get rich color. I don’t feel it looks like an intense, deep burgundy on me, but I’m actually glad as I think of a deep burgundy sparkle shadow as a fall/winter holiday shade. On me, this looks more like a velvety brown with a burgundy hue rather than a deep, jewel tone burgundy. The color is pretty and looks neutral enough on me to wear year round, day or night.It’s still a rich shade but more versatile than expected. I do think the color will appear different based on skin color and it may appear more like a strong burgundy shade on really fair skin, etc. I might get a stronger burgundy color using primer (but don’t typically add primer before liquid shadow). The formula is easy to work with as I have time to blend before it dries. It’s buildable, but I get nonstreaky coverage with ample color applying one layer. I’ve had no creasing, and the color is long lasting.This shadow is easy to remove, not stubborn at all. I can remove most just wiping with water on a cotton round or washing with a good cleanser safe for removing eye makeup. My routine for years has been to use Lancôme Bifacil remover to get rid of residue, and I still wipe gently with it once after cleansing. I haven’t had eye irritation, but I don’t like that my lids get a warm feel wearing this shadow. I suspect it’s due to the denatured alcohol but can’t say for sure. Like it overall. 4 stars. Vegan. Made in USA (globally sourced).

Title: So pigmented and Lasts All Day!
Review: I have always loved Urban Decay, but I have never tried this type of product. It went on so well and was so pigmented. Lasted all day, but I always wear eye primer, which is key with such products. Very happy with the results!

Title: I was not impressed
Review: Urban Decay 24/7 Glaze-On Liquid EyeshadowI had high hopes for this liquid eyeshadow based on its price-point but in the end, I was not impressed. The ‘Traffic Jam – Burgundy Shimmer’ color is pretty in a swatch on your arm, and it glides on smoothly with the ergonomically designed applicator—but I don’t think it lived up to the promise of ‘easy blending’ and ‘no fingers required’. It looked splotchy and uneven on my eyelids so I definitely had to use my fingers to blend it, otherwise it would have been uneven all over. The initial coverage seemed thin, so I tried building it up with a few layers (letting it dry a bit before each application) but it still looked ‘off’. The color and splotchiness made my eyelids looked bruised. It somewhat improved when I added a transparent setting powder, and creasing didn’t seem to be an issue. The applicator made it easy to touch up spots later on if needed or to add more shimmer. It seems like this liquid shadow works best built up, but I prefer makeup that doesn’t require so many steps. Someone with more patience might find this product workable for them. From a distance it looks ‘ok’, but I was prepared to be ‘wowed’. I’d have to say ‘low-end’ liquid shimmer eyeshadows from the drugstore that I’ve used in the past have served me better.Our Honest Opinion: Meh. You can do better.

Title: Great idea, missed execution
Review: This eyeshadow may look good on darker skins tones, but it was a miss for me. I think the positives are the packaging and how nice the tube / applicator brush are. It glides on easily and doesn’t pull out too much product. It allows you to build color without wasting a lot of product in the process. However, I felt like it kept looking blotching and was not easy to blend. I also had some glitter/sparkle fall out, which I was not happy about. More than anything, this color made me look like I had a black eye. I think trying a different color could be beneficial for me, but the glitter fallout and uneven applications (which I wasn’t able to blend easily) makes me not want to try. It is an expensive eyeshadow, in my opinion, so I feel like it doesn’t live up to it’s cost.

Title: A little sticky
Review: Goes on easy and is a very mild shade. My biggest complaint is it’s kind of sticky so when I blink I can feel my eyelids catch and it’s kind of annoying.

Title: Liquid eyeshadow
Review: I was kinda hesitant to try a liquid eye shadow because there never go on and looked good. But this one is definitely not that. It’s easy to apply goes on creamy and smooth and doesn’t smudge. I love it. The color is very striking and bold. Which I like.

Title: Splotchy – Do Not Buy
Review: Not impressed with this Urban Decay eyeshadow. The color is beautiful and the bottle is a nice design, but that’s where the good ends. While the applicator brush was fine, the eyeshadow itself went on splotchy and no amount of blending or building color changed that; the flaw is in the formula itself. I’m not sure if it’s the glitter or the suspension, but whatever it is, this would only work on a completely flat, no wrinkles, pores, or texture, skin. For this price ($26 when I ordered) I expected better. 2 stars

Title: Meh
Review: I find that this does best on top of a good eyeshadow primer.I prefer to blend using a brush for a smoother look.I wanted to like this, but I don’t.I really think it’s the color, it makes me look sick.I think maybe it I top it with a powder shimmer shadow it might look better, but it’s just too much work.
