Review: I am a big fan of long wear gel eyeliners in a pot due to ease of application and longevity of wear. Most eyeliner pencils pull the skin, are difficult to apply, are not dark enough and fade quickly.Urban decay eyeliners are the exception! The pencil goes on smoothly, has a vivid color and does not wear off before removal. You get the same effect as a long wear gel without having to clean a brush!This is a TOP product.

Review: I usually love this eyeliner, but when it came from Amazon, it was dry and unsealed I I tried it once and threw it away.. I wanted to refund, but they said it wasn’t eligible. I feel totally scammed
