For one sec they were both being a little bit cheeky( mean but in a funny way🤣🤭). Let's be honest 🧐, there were a few people who would give the same reaction to China other than me im sure. But let's get back to be kind to one another, not the Ellen De Generes style of kindness, the real kind of being kind. Im sure they both didnt mean any harm when they saw China making it to the cut.
Its interesting when it comes to "beauty standars". To me Brazil had one of the best bodies in the competition long side with Colombia. Colombia's face… to much make up. Some of the girls were too thin, like… no curvesious body. That's why i loved Brazil, Colombia, Jamaica and Venezuela. Croatia didnt give a good perfomance for me. The other girls were ok. Loved the video. Keep up with the good content!!!

distributing the semifinalist by region is great because it makes the pageant diverse. tbh a lot of viewers are getting tired of the same contestants in the americas esp south america in the finals and ignoring other continents and races.

Im from USA🇺🇸 but my mom is from Mexico 🇲🇽
I met Indonesia in person, god she was gorgeous and seemed very sad, but still posed for a picture with me. Kara ran away from her fans and Colombia could not wait to go and hide and run up to her room, god she was a fake person and still acting. I would have loved to see Jamaica as part of the top 2. I think Indonesia, Mexico, Israel, Lebanon, and Russia should have made it. I would have loved to see Indonesia as part of top 5. Colombia did not deserve to be on that list, tired of seeing Colombia all the time. Can we give some other countries chances to shine as well? USA did not deserve to be on that list. Croatia is half black, her father is a black American military guy, hence she was born in Germany, schooled in USA and Croatia, & she is fluent in English, Croatian and Spanish. She is a very accomplished, young lady. She is the first half black candidate to be crowned Miss Croatia. I just did not like her answer to Steve Harvey about her height, sounding a little arrogant to say, "It is what it is", Harvey! Thailand had the full package to be Miss Universe, I wish she had smiled some more and given a better answer, she chocked up a little. I loved Venezuela's answers and the whole package. I know Venezuela has won a lot and lot of them were not deserving to win, but this young mechanical engineer from Venezuela this time was so deserving, she was so elegant in person and actually spoke English well and loved her, she is so tall and gorgeous. I liked South Africa, but her answers were not great, she just had been trained so well back home by a gay guy, styling, clothes, speech and etc. Also, I do not believe her story of Car Jacking and blah blah blah. Her little interview about her pet lion thing, completely part of the training process. I wish Thailand had trained as well, and I bet that Maria from Thailand is way smarter, as she speaks 4 languages and has her masters degree! Jamaica gave great answers, but I think she might have chosen her platform to help the deaf community as part of her training for this. I personally took Sign language classes to be able to communicate with my deaf friends in college. I do not think that Miss Jamaica actually has learned Sign language, so her platform thing might be just for publicity but I loved her answers and I loved her natural hair. Her face is so gorgeous, but she could have spent a little bit more time at the gym as well. I actually liked China, she was tall, beautiful, in shape and had a terrific bubbly personality. Ireland had no business being part of the top 16!

Really?! People are mocking China?! She was not conventionally pretty for sure but I thought there was something exotic and beautiful about her. She was very futuristic looking if that makes sense (like a barbie doll from the year 3017). Her look is different yet attractive.
Maybe Russia and Iceland wasn't good at interview as Ireland and Croatia. I am from Croatia and she is really smart girl she is studiying physics and matematics at USA, and she is half Croatian and half American so she is speaking english perfect.:)
I think China deserves in the top16. She is stunning and unique. Being a model made her stood out from the rest of the pageant-patty types.
She isnt my cup of tea but after the preliminaries, i know she is going to wreck that top 16….and i am right!

China, Great Britain, Philippines & USA were wasted spots in the Top 16! Omg they were horrible choices and some were based on how important country was. I felt so bad for Croatia because her Sherri Hill set didn’t fit her tall and full figure. Another thing that I have a discrepancy about is how you guys were hating on Ireland! Omg She is so beautiful and her background wasn’t a sob story. Don’t forget that Ireland didn’t compete in Miss Universe last year!

How could you say ireland croatia and china took some other candidates' spot. They are all beautiful and they are all deserving to be in top 16. We didnt even react why you were in top 15 during your year and you didnt hear anything from these 3 countries that you didnt deserve the spot that time. Just saying.

I wanna give my honest opinion and likewise I wanna give proof of opinion with my claim. Yes I do believe Pia sabotaged Miss Philippines. Why? because Pia has a personal insecurities with Miss Philippines (Rachel). 1) Family background insecurities =. Pia and Rachel are both half pinay but they both different status with regards to their family status particularly with their Fathers. Rachel's father is very closed with her as well their family is intact becoz the father of Rachel did not leave them, while Pia's father left them thats why she was grown up without father. 2) Boyfriend status = both of them are having boy friend, the difference is Rachel's boyfriend is so sincere, loving although he is not that good looking compared to Pia's boy friend but Rachel's boyfriend is a very well known, rich, and he is a high profile politician with a big position in the PH government and most importantly, Rachel boyfriend's sincerity and loyalty managed to introduce Rachel to his parents and whole clan of their family while Pia's boyfriend is not loyal becoz he has already a child from his ex-girlfriend where Pia was fully aware and most importantly, Pia does not know even the parents rather the family of his boyfriend. So, these 2 examples where obviously were a personal insecurities of Pia that's why she sabotaged the score of Rachel. You might ask me as to how it would be possible for Pia to sabotage Rachel knowing they were some 6 judges including Pia? OK, my answer to that is, the overall total average score of a candidates varies from the total summed up scores of all the judges and if even just a 1 judge will give a lower score to Rachel (that is Pia) would automatically be affected the overall total average score of Rachel and that has happened becoz with the awesome performance of Rachel for the long gown competition for top 10, I don't think other judges would give Rachel a lower score as lowest than Pia given score to Rachel and that's why, due to such lower score of Pia, the supposedly undeserving Thailand has automatically advanced to the top 5 knowing that she did not perform good during her long gown competition. So obviously, it happened becoz of the lower score of Pia to Rachel thats why Thailand has been automatically advanced to top 5 instead of Philippines. Now, I want to add more some point of views as to why Pia really sabotaged Miss Philippines. Just few days ago, Miss Universe 2016 and newly crowned Miss Universe 2017 along with Pia Miss Univ. 2015 had gathered in the Philippines, meaning, Pia knew already that there was a plan before hand prior the Miss Universe 2017 final pageant night, that these Miss Universe 2015, 2015 plus 2017 newly crowned will be visiting Philippines for a tourism purposes. So, thats the reason also why Pia sabotaged Miss Philippines becoz Pia is afraid to lose exposure if in case Rachel would win. Also, if Rachel would win, Pia is afraid of losing some opportunities, exposures becoz naturally, the attention would be focused to Rachel if in case she would win. I know you know Pia, but you just know her based on what she was showing publicly but deep in her heart, she really has a bad attitude eversince. We knew her eversince, that she seems like a girl whose full of hypocrizy, insecurities even to her co-aspiring actresses when she was just started but unfortunately, she failed in the limelight of the movie industry and her co-rivalry got the limelight of the movie industry and upto now she is still the highest paid actress in our Philippines industry (I can tell her name is Bea Alonzo). So now, I hope this clears to you and this is my point of views where I do believe Pia really sabotaged Miss Philippines. I want to add also that Pia is using the social media to clear her side about sabotaging issue, for what? was she feeling guilty for what she did? but the problem, she is to hypocrite and pretender where she really knows what she did.
See? Miss Mexico knows Miss Philippines is stand out the evening gown? Thanks Miss Mexico.
I expected both Karyn and Josselyn to place in 2014. I miss the parade of the nations in alphabetical order. The new system which is more concerned with geographical distribution than performance needs to go.
I’m 100% agreeing with working hard on that stage body. One shot to win Miss Universe and you shouldn’t get lazy. I like this Duo!

Puerto Rico survived 2 hurricanes and she didn’t make it. I didn’t feel China deserved it either but I didn’t laugh at her. You should hold yourself to a higher ground as a former Miss USA.
My top 16 i would pick : Iceland, Russia, Spain, Great Britain, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, USA, Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, Ghana, Philippines, Canada, Thailand. Even tho every girls really deserves to make it to top 16 but agree with both of you about Ireland, Croatia and China. I dont care with the Diversity things!! Doesnt matter your color is, if you really are the best so you deserves the spot!! You dont need to push the diversity things just because you pity certain girls!! If they are really good then put them in top 16 and if they are bad dont put them in top 16!! Doesnt matter your color is!!
