No lie I expected Colombia to be second runner up and the seen Colombia win was a shock but cool i saw Venezuela repeat before then Steve saying he apologize and Philippines the winner I seriously would've thought maybe they shared the crown 👑 although this was Steve fault in the first place, but like Colombia said everything happens for a reason no lie it was heartbreaking 💔 😢 here Colombia was happy for a repeat and it didn't i can't blame her for the emotional but the judges choose Philippines won no lie she was born and raised in Germany she wasn't born in the Philippines but still beautiful
