Personally, I can't understand what the judge has asked. he didn't even bother repeating the question. in competitions like this, we need to take consideration of those little things because it can affect a lot!
by the way, Ms. Philippines is stunning! She still managed to answer the question despite how the judge asked the question and other distractions. my heart goes for the Philippines!

Ok but the thing is .When an answer becomes a speech…it took how many minutes to answer the question.
Kapos siya sa hinga. It takes a million practice to do well in a q&a portion kasi hindi lang yung sagot mo yung icricritique ng tao. Yung galaw mo, yung kamay mo, yung posture mo.
I think Catriona set the bar so high that anyone who is not as articulate as her parang nakukulangan tayo.
