  1. Correction: her father was black and European. He definitely looked more white than black in his younger days so I assumed he was white. Y’all know how sensitive commentators get when you make a mistake lol I wanted to correct that! Also do you feel as a celebrity you have to live a clean life with a clean past since childbirth? I’m really curious to know 👀

  2. I was sa'ed by my birth mother. I was raised Catholic. She actually told me woman cant r people because they dont have a penis. It took years to speak out and get help. It was incest which is the worst part but I am straight woman too so that was another trauma. I do feel weird telling my story because people assume it was a man . When I did get help the professional said it's more common than people believe to have a female aggressors, on both male and female Victims kids and adults. Thank you for speaking on it its ugly but if we never address it it won't ever change.

  3. I had the pleasure of providing security for Ms. Williams at a benefit event. She was absolutely the sweetest and nicest person one could ever meet. Beautiful inside as much as she is beautiful on the outside. She will always be Miss America to me. God bless her.

  4. Vanessa is one of a kind, "surreal" beauty indeed. I worked in Millwood for almost 10 years in the '70s, never spotted her in town but, then, Millwood is barely a town, a spit of buildings in the crux of rtes.100 and 120 with a small luncheonette and a fire house next to the shop where I worked. I was surprised that this spoke of a parade in her honor there with sharp shooters for protection.

  5. I actually met Vanessa Willams years ago and was so impressed with her genuine nature and personality. Pictures do no justice for her beauty. SHe is strikingly gorgeous and a gem!

  6. I remember the Miss America scandal quite vividly. I worked at a major Newpaper in San Antonio. I saw the photos. There was not physical contact involved in the shots, only gestures/suggestions with the tongue directed toward the other woman from behind. I also remember there was a healthy distance between the two. It was a simple pose. Further, each contestant who competed for the crown of Miss America presented a talent. Vanessa Williams sang. Clearly she was groomed early in life to become a well rounded entertainer. She sings, plays various instruments; she dances & she is an outstanding Actress. She has no skeletons in her closet. She is simple too good to be true.

  7. I still haven't seen a woman that looks better back then and now than Vanessa Williams. Simply Gorgeous. She was closer to a 10 than any woman I have ever seen.
You didn't mention that the runner to the Miss America was another black woman, darker woman if you like, Suzette Charles. So it was not racial, it was a time of conservatism in a america. I didn't know she was a lesbian, considering she was married and had children. Good video

  8. Never ever have I seen, read or heard anything about her being gay. She's not. Idk where this came from but I don't think she would appreciate it . Sorry, just being honest. Never EVER! I just found your channel yesterday and I loved it until I saw this video. I know it doesn't matter but I have to unsubscribe now bc this is a lie and you did to her by doing this video the same thing those people did back in the day. You just did this for clicks. Very disappointed.

  9. YES, DEAR I WAS AROUND WHEN THE SCANDAL BROKE OUT ON Vanessa Williams. It was about Vanessa smart mouth and her blasting out the American people that she was black not mix or white. After they crown her. They call her white or mix Vanessa got upset and blast them in front of the American TV. After that they were showing all kinds of nude photos of Vanessa and saying she has a drug problem. Trying to ruined her career….. They didn't ruin Vanessa career or break Vanessa Williams.
They made Vanessa Williams a stronger woman. As far as Vanessa Williams career goes. HER STRONG WORK ETHIC SPEAKING FOR ITSELF.

  10. She has never ever claim to be a Lesbian,And there's no evidence of this! Y'all Azzes be doing to much with the lies!!!! Damm do some real work on reporting the absolute truth!!!!🤔🤔🙏🏾🙏🏾

  11. This is my Boo! She sings; Uhh YEAH! “Comfort Zone”🤯🤯🤯 You must not be that old?

Singer, Actress & Humanitarian! She’s a wealth of talent!

Did you say “CathO-lism?” CathOLIcISM, you mean.👀

  12. I have to say, I love watching weird mystery videos, but I saw 1 of your videos 2 days ago and I am Hooked! I love Vanessa Williams, I was a teen the ‘90s and her music was amazing! Thank you for your amazing breakdowns and focus on femininity. I really appreciate the focus on the diversity of these amazing women who laid the foundation for beauty ideals we still try to emulate to this very day! Btw I remember hearing about the death threats and the threat of maiming her face! I’m a NY girl myself, I don’t know why but when a person from NY makes it big and is so talented I am always so proud, it’s like how men root for their home teams in sports, I guess as a woman I always wanted to root for talented women New Yorkers who made it big in the industry. I know, it’s weird but that’s just me, a weirdo, lol

  13. That's the funny thing she laughed her way to the bank behind that it didn't affect her career oh to me it made it better my favorite song by her is the way that you love me

  14. It's so heartbreaking that Suzette Charles was passed over and forgotten about as if she never existed. She was not reconized for her beauty and singing talents and was not in disgraceful sex magazines. Those Penthouse photos of Vanessa were horrible and shocking.

  15. you know i remember wned miss america , there a hell of a lot of contrversy surrounding her receiving the crown.i t was undeniable racism as usual. SHE DID A GREAT JOB IN CHOOSING THE ROLES THAT SHE PORTRAYED.
