Miss USA 1999, the 48th Miss USA pageant, was held at the Grande Palace Theatre in Branson, Missouri on February 4, 1999. At the conclusion of the final competition, Kimberly Pressler of New York, was crowned by outgoing titleholder Shawnae Jebbia of Massachusetts. Pressler became the third Miss New York USA to win the crown on finals night, and the fourth titleholder from New York. This is the first time New York has held the Miss USA title in four years.   1. California was too much confident but she look old and has ugly teeth and no spirit she should be in top 10.
    Tennessee is not beautiful with her hair style and too small face and ugly gown / her face like a horse. She just has a smart looks.
    New york is not beautiful but she is cute. She has a sweet smile. and her answer was touch my heart. She is clever girl.
    but New york still be my USA 1999. 1st runner-up is Tennessee followed by New Mexico, Virginia, South Carolina, Indiana and another 4 girls.
