  1. I don’t dress expensive but I do dress up in a sense…I have been known to show up in heels. LET ME LIVE MY LIFE OKAY. Most ppl are chill outfit don’t cost more than 100-150 or smth. Majority of that being the shoes.

  2. I think this is a bit unrealistic 😅 I mean yeah, you might find a kid sporting some expensive shoes or a nice watch, but most teenagers nowadays just wear a shirt and some pants

  3. Not every American has experience things but in my school, I will say it’s common to see someone have an Experience backpack and shoes that are $200+. Including me, I have $400 boots and brand things. I think it just depends where in America you live

  4. I just recently graduated high school in Canada and I usually just wear comfy clothes so, hoodies and sweatpants. But during my senior year I decided to put more effort in dressing up tho i’d say it definitely feels awkward to be so well-dressed when you’re in high school lol.

  5. you should do this video again but with a better video representing U.S highschool students outfits because honestly school has become more of a fashion show and people express their selves with there cloths and there is a diversity in outfits at school and most people now a days thrift their outfits or make them

  6. When I was In high school (graduated 2019) all I would wear was a hoodie and jeans. But everyone is different. My little sister is a sophomore right now and she goes all out bc of that TikTok influence. But she wears pajamas too. My oldest sister who graduated in 2013 would wear heels to school lol.

  7. $150-$200 was the max my family could afford for the entire school year. I got about 5 shirts and 3 pairs of pants to wear and then wore whatever fit from the year before on the weekends.

  8. Lol guy in the middle really said adidas isn't popular in the US when everyone has a default pair of NMDs lol. And Benz and bmw not popular in US? SINCE WHEN?!?!

  9. I go to a school in a pretty wealthy area. The ways of dressing from the video is pretty much similar. Those who decide to wear expensive things usually work for it or get it as gifts. No one really bugs others for the way one dresses besides this one time a couple wore collars an leashes💀 Hoodies are common since some schools are really cold especially here in Texas. There are dress codes but its to prevent profanity and exposure of private parts. Although i remember this guy being scolded to take off his rings because they could be used as "weapons" when they were edgy goth rings.

  10. My outfits are mostly like around 300-400 and it is not a lot comparing to everyone in my school their outfits are like around 1k-4k (I live in a trashy place with very greedy people…)

  11. Their school outfits are more expensive than my kids’s school fee , my kids’s schools fee are around 600-1000$ per 6months , and my school fee back in the day was around 250$ per two and a half months , I thought it was quite expensive…. now I feel sorry for my kids I can’t afford to give them any higher price education…

  12. Why do people insist on boxing in a whole country. And what is this bizarre obsession with the US? We are not a zoo. We are not cartoons. Life in the US is not an 80s movie.

  13. i'm glad that i went to schools that required uniform and with college, i didn't care much about what i wear and we also changed into uniform again. i think the most expensive clothing i got was a jacket for A$200 and loafers for around A$500 (those which i spent after earning my own money). i like nice clothes but got no greed towards branded stuff

  14. This is very high end….

I know for me and my friends it's like $10 generic jeans.. less than $10 tees (even free hand-me-down or second-hand ones), cheap generic jackets less than $20, and shoes might be $30 or less but they are just generics as well from like walmart… On top of all that we'd wear them for multiple school years until they were ripped or broke beyond hope….

    So like.. This isn't normal.

  15. I can’t understand the prices they’re showing in the video. They said $200 for the school sport tshirt. It’s all insanely inflated but I don’t even know what their method is. Just add random prices?

  16. I study at an asian international school and had to pay about 120 US dollars for my uniform n shoes
N also spent a lot of money to keep up with the standard of other students expensive n branded cloths
Now I understand cloths mean nothing
So at in a way explain everything

  17. Man everyone looks the same at that school it's so boring??? Man I was glad mine atleast had alot of artsy kids that would wear crazy clothes

  18. I'm just saying that in the part where I live in north carolina there are alot of european cars like porche, BMW, Mersadez, etc. I'm just saying where I live theres alot of very high end sports cars along with others like jeeps and lincons and catalacs. [ I have no confidence that I've spelled all them correctly.]

  19. I grew up in a small town and kids may wear cheap clothes but their parents are spending a good amount to buy a chain with pendants and getting them blessed. Cheap camo expensive St.Andrew chain
