The main problem with the organisation is selection of gown ……miss universe wants confidently beautiful candidates…..and they emphasize on personality and styling….. vartika had the miss universe aura..but she only placed top 20 only because of bad styling…..the organisation always chooses right candidate but if we want to place every year we have to make sure that our national costume and preliminary performance is so strong(for which we need a magnificent and amezing evening gown)

I am sorry to say. But the trainer's walk isn't a miss universe like walk. It is so ugly. Please learn it from Filipino Pageant coches and improve India's level.

I don't know what Miss Universe 2000 is doing as one of the heads. It is like she is putting no effort as if she doesn't want anyone to win after her. I recently started watching India's pageant and it is a big NO! All have high ego issues I felt. Pageants of USA, Philippines, or my country Venezuela is way better. And this runway couch is useless too. Her walk is as if she is having acidity.

Vartika is so so amazing n I thought we would have the crown this time. But it’s so sad we didn’t. No bad feelings for vartika. I love your voice n ur so pretty. My thai friends all complimented vartika. But please get a better evening gown. It looks so ordinary. Why can’t some good designers get a dress for her. She was such an amazing contender.

I think that till today in India we people are judging the women's beauty on her physical traits.. May be this is the reason that why MISS INDIA still have height criteria.
Miss India focuses on empowering women..how can we empower our women when we will bound them in restrictions. Arent we focussing on the entire community of women ? We need to give equal chance to all women regardless of their height. Height is something that is natural how we can control/determine it..
Every women is beautiful ,has talent,has grace then why are we judging them on the basis of height.I think that it's the high time when we should Welcome our women to come and show their talent.
I don't know why Indians don't even come into top 10 in any beauty pageant now,please India do something now only miss world is left
