It’s been about a week since Celeste Cortesi was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2022.

This real-estate student is absolutely gorgeous, no doubt thanks to her mixed Filipina-Italian heritage.

Although I listed Makati’s Michelle Marquez Dee as my winner for Miss Universe Philippines 2022, I had Celeste Cortesi as my 1st Runner-Up and honestly, I viewed all of my Top 4 as equals anyway.

Celeste is an incredible swimsuit competittion performer and her Top 5 Q and A was very meaningful.

I can’t wait to see how she’ll follow Beatrice Luigi Gomez’s Top 5 placement at Miss Universe.

  1. Queen Rina everything you said we totally agree with you. Thank you for supporting our Queen. Good luck also to your upcoming South African queen. We support you all the way from the PH.

  2. agree !!! they should change the name of organization " miss universe half blood foreigner " hahahahahahaha. so sad to see half blood beauty more appreciated in the Ph. This is what people call PREJUDICE in developing country of Ph. meanwhile original local less appreciated or "ignorant" oh my God I wanna shed a tear for the Ph. someone should make a change. local filipinas are beautiful. last year BEA was better.

  3. Since the beginning or the start of Miss Universe Philippines and the girls putting out their names to join the competition…and, when I saw her name WOW I thought she'll get the Crown MUP. to represent the Philippines for 2022 Miss Universe…I hope, she'll win & get the 5th crown for the Phils….I love her for her family orientated…I do understand Celeste lost her father at early age of 10 years old…like me I lost my father too at early age at 8 (I was in grade 2)…I don't have a father figure & I strived hard/ work hard & now I'm here in UK, England living & working at the same time for QUITE sometime now…When you put something in your mind – you have to push through it because in the end you'll get it / reach it through sheer determination too…Keep my finger cross that Celeste will do well in MU. Cheers…Keep Safe everyone.

  4. A lot of people, now (after she won) would tell you that she's a complete package. But what I really love about her is her personality, her being honest, authentic, unassuming and she's not afraid to show you her vulnerability. And as Filipino, I'm so happy that she won because most people if not all were cheering for her. We were divided when Gazini won, we were confused when Rabiya won and it's the same thing with Bea. But this time, the universe should be scared, because Filipinos are so united for Celeste. Just like in 2018 ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Babe, I love you and this channel but you have to stop with the misinformation. Her father is an Italian born in Venezuela. While, her mother is filipina. That's just a minor mistake but repetitive. I still love this channel though. I want this to grow and be credible. โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

  6. I'm not knocking Celeste in any way but I think that the decision to represent The Philippines was a smart one on her end. She knows the sash factor and support that TP has and gains every year. Even if she represented Italy, she may not make it past pre-lims! That's just how it goes, sadly. So again, i'm not knocking her but I think that there was more at play to that decision than just "loyalty."
