  1. A lot of guys look great at 20%. 15% is probably ideal but face can start looking prematurely aged. I disagree with Dolce on pushing below that for most people with energy level most likely plummeting.

  2. His take on calorie in calorie out make no sense… never greg said 2000 calorie of donuts is the same as 2000 calorie of salmon. He said eat meal high in protein and have carbs and fat, just dont aim and stress over fat and carbs to hit a specific number and ending up in a math gymnastic.

  3. Doucette never even realizes he defines CICO (listen to the CICO numbers he states from approximately 1:03:131:03:25) completely backwards – he should slow down his explanation to keep from getting confused. Calories OUT greater = deficit, calories IN greater = surplus. Try again Greg.

Greg is right again they All confused about weight Los an holding on to muscle in the process it's still ckal in ckal out .the fighters still holding on to to old ways of cutting weight .if they would cut slower till the fight they would have more Energie for training than if they would cut all the weight in a short period .

  5. Respectfully, since calories are constituted mostly by macro nutrients and given the thermic effect of food, citing cases where different foods have different macro nutrients but the same calories can't refute calories in calories out.

  6. So captivating when two people talk about what their passionate and knowledgable about. I'm not THAT bothered with either UFC or cutting weight, but I was glued for these two hours anyway 🙂

  8. Right… i need advice lmao. Im currently cutting (first time actually getting relatively lean). Would u say i need to work abs in order to fully get a good core or just cut first and then see if im happy with what i already got?? Thanks
