A proud moment for the Philippines as another Filipina takes home the crown in an international beauty pageant. 27-year-old Fuschia Anne Ravena from Cebu bested 22 other candidates to bag the Miss International Queen title. The competition held in Thailand over the weekend is a major beauty pageant for transgender women.

Ayan na naman tayo sa gusto nila "perfect english"— lahat perpekto sa isang kandidata. Gusto nila magsalita ng Tagalog sa interview na 'to pero kapag laban sa Miss Universe, tuwang-tuwa kung magaling mag-ingles ang kandidata at lalaitan kung "broken english" ito.
Nakakalungkot isipin na ang Miss International 2022 natin ngayon, lagi niyang binabanggit na "PARA SA PILIPINAS ITO, PARA SA MGA PILIPINO ITO", pero ang tanging mga Pilipino na kaniyang minamahal ay siya ring nagpapababa sa kaniya. Pakibaguhin ang ganitong mindset, pakiusap.
Nanalo na siya't nakamit na niya ang unang pwesto. Maging masaya naman tayo para sa kaniya imbis na naghahanap pa tayo ng butas para lang makamit ang mga ekspektasyon na gusto niyong maabot niya, hm?

Hindi ba siya marunong magTagalog para medo comfortable naman at ma feel natin na Pinoy siya o kahit Cebuano man lamang. Unsa man day?

Beautiful. But should have spoken in Filipino in this interview. A lot more confident to hear her in Filipino.
Reading the comments and everyone is criticizing her comm skills. Again people of the Philippines, our language is Tagalog not English. Its understandable if one can’t express his/her thoughts in English esp speaking the language at the same time. We are not native speaker. Some of us may be fluent but most of us aren’t. Tapos makalait kayo ng kapwa nyo Filipino, pwede naman sguro ikeep nlng natin sa sarili natin yung bashing sa comm skills ESP if tayo sa sarili natin hindi natin kayang isustain esp in public speaking. Smh
