Hello so I am competing next month. I looked at previous winners from the peagant. I notice that if a runner up from the previous year comes back to compete the next year again. Wins the pageant!Do you think that would lower my chances of winning the crown this year? And why does that happen? Is it because the judges see her determination with wanting to win?
