I think that such pageants only judge women on the basis of their beauty. Rest is just drop in the ocean. Look at swimsuit round, half naked women parade, displaying their bodies in front of whole world to judge them on the basis of who got the most sexy body. Today's women wants to be recognized for their skills, knowledge and intelligence, not just face and body. This whole concept of miss world and miss universe is too outdated now to potray women as a fragile beautiful dolly
