Ideal for layering underneath Lip Gloss or Matte Lipstick, this essential Lip Primer helps prevent lip color from fading and feathering. Romanian-born beauty entrepreneur Anastasia Soare launched her namesake brand with a Beverly Hills flagship salon in 1997 and the company’s first product line in 2000.

Review: I like this product a lot! I line my lips, then I use this product before lipstick. It prevents my lipstick from feathering around the edges. I use red lipstick so feathering can really ruin the appearance.
