Effective advocacy starts with the acquisition of professional skills from qualified leaders in private and government organizations working together to influence public policy in social, economic, political, and cultural spheres in order to bring about justice and positive change in human rights and environmental issues. Impossible in a country with no real leaders; like the Philippines. idiots

I've heard that there was one time when Luzon had a power crisis but it only lasted one day since the government immediately took action on it. However, here in Mindanao, it has been months!
