I remember seeing her as a boy of 11 when "LA Dolce Vita" came out. I was a typical young boy and went "OMG" !
Physically she had it all
See her mention in a scene of "From Russia with Love."
I've actually never heard of this woman, now I'm going to do more research about her.
Thanks for the project.
Love your channel! Please cover Julie Wilson : )
Still beautiful when an old lady RIP
She was a Goddess of mine when I was young: I wouldn't want to miss one of her movies.
I still remember her sensually dancing in a movie called Zarak!
Shoulders TOO wide for a ….

I’ve never heard of her!! YIKES 😳
….." All glory is FLEETING"…..George S. Patton
She was beautiful!! Loved the deep dive into her life, good and bad. Such a terrible end for her. Thank you.😊
🕊️🙏❤️
he life surely would have been better without Hollywood, that's no living it's illusion, exploitation and meaningless.
Yes i remember her so thanks for telling her story.
Another tragic story of another great beauty of the golden age of film: Veronica Lake.
I wondered what happened to her. She was beautiful ❤
I have a movie Anita Ekberg was in it’s Hollywood or Bust starring Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis in the film Jerry had a crush on her and wants to go to Hollywood to meet her….I hope y’all will reply to this
Not that long ago. And she wasn't a minority, research how other women in Hollywood at the time were treated who were not caucasian.
I don't think she looked truly old in any of those pics!! Old is a state of mind BUT if I had to put a picture to old, it would be way more skinny, frail, silver hair but barely any left, barely moving anymore. She was none of those!! She was beautiful!! ❤❤❤
Wow 😮! What a story. This woman was, as usual, only prized for her beauty. She was able to become famous, but at least in years that parts dried up for her, doesn’t mention if the “casting couch” was required to get her start and this obviously was extremely common in the 50’s, stood by and refused this demeaning treatment. Her experiences in the later years in her life were just tragic. Being robbed 2x of her property, ending up in a wheelchair, having her house destroyed by fire, etc. I just felt a lot of empathy for what she had to go through. My condolences to her and any family she has left 😢.
She was so stunning. Saw La Dolce Vida decades ago – it is wonderful.
In other words, she was a slut.
Thank you 🙏 for sharing this information ℹ with me!
❤❤❤❤
Oh yeah I remember seeing her in an old Spanish horror film by Armando D'Ossorio.
I haven't seen La Dolce Vida, but I will make a point to see it.
Old school beauty was the best❤
