that is actually a smart answer.. no one is born smart its through thier experience and knoweledge we learn.. but beauty is either you have it or you dont.
this is a freaking train wreck. just like janina san miguel's Q&A. maybe it's really nerve-wracking to be on that stage.
She's my personal fave for Bb Pilipinas World crown that year.The judges should have simply looked past her nervous answer and weighed more on her potential in international beauty contests.I was rooting for her coz aside from she's tall,I like her simple beauty.If she had won any of the beauty titles that night,she would have undergone extensive training in interviews to polish her speaking skills in preparation for world competition.She would have learned a lot from her mistakes.

This is not funny. And i am not judging people… i was just wondering how can a beauty pageant contestant put herself in to shame by giving a wrong answer during the event. I know everybody gets nervous when you're in the middle of a thousand people watching, but every contestant was trained well before the event. I got what she was trying to say either but it was just awful to them like that.
The way she articulated her answer, and in this case not too well may probably be because of her nervousness more than anything else. I mean c'mon, who wouldn't be nervous when you put yourself in her shoes. Anyways, good answer, I got what she was trying to say. Hopefully the judges did as well.

she is neither beautiful nor smart so she is shit outta luck. But she is even less smart than beautiful, but that snot necessarily not too smart or not too beautiful.. gee listening to the judge repeat and the contestant not understand simple words is beyond stupid.
The judge is pretty stupid to not ask the question correctly in the first place. Beauty pageants are so insanely dumb and serve no human purpose.

I absoultely love this clip. Many of my friends are "Flip" and so I get why the audience is laughing at her. It's a cultural thing and if you notice carefully she's chewing gum. I however don't think she walks the walk even though she is beautiful I don't think she learned how to be very smart.
She gave a really good answer! Very witty! It's just that the audience was rowdy and this made her nervous.

1. I would answer Beautiful + cunning without a formal education or Very Pretty with a formal education such as a doctor, maybe not beautiful but pretty. Duh. She is even dumber than Miss North Carolina. hard to beat that one
