Title: pretty style, a little to structured
Review: I think this dress is very pretty. I got the light blue one with the white bow on the back. It is a classic shape, the color is pretty, and it is nicely made, with good tailoring and lining.It runs small, which is not a detraction, just something to be aware of. I am 5′ 8″ and weigh 155 pounds. I ordered a medium, based on the size chart, and it fits like a glove. A little too tight. There isn’t a lot of stretch in the fabric.It isn’t perfect or it would be my favorite spring dress. The material is a little thin so it shows every bulge. I don’t mind when a “body con” dress shows my belly — that’s me, not the dress. But I don’t like it when the fabric is so thin it shows my actual belly button. And I don’t like that the lining is sewn to the dress along the back bottom edge because when the lining rides up or twists even the smallest amount, it tugs the dress out of shape. So while I want to love this dress, I can already tell I won’t be reaching for it as my first choice.

Title: Another Belle Poque masterpiece
Review: I love this designer for so many reasons – the garment is great quality and the drape of the fabric is very flattering. This dress is perfect for all sorts of occasions from date-night, to church, the office, or just for funsies when you want to dress up and feel pretty! It fit as expected and is comfy for all day wear. The sizing is pretty spot on and the contrasting colored bow at the back adds a touch of fun to an otherwise simple dress. A timeless classic.

Review: The bow in the back is black and has a pattern on it, it reminds me of my grandma’s tablecloth.The fit is less ruching and more a bunch of fabric in odd placement, the cowl neck is a separate piece of fabric placed at the bust, and as someone with a larger chest, it just lays flat across. I thought maybe I had just chosen the wrong size so I allowed someone else to try it on — still looked matronly.This was not great on me, a classic body, or on a romantic-classic body.

Title: Not so Small
Review: I ordered this in a small and it is petty loose on me. To be fair, I am a stick figure, but it looks a little like I am playing dress up in my mommy’s clothes. The fabric is nice, and the dress seems well-constructed, and I love the color.I am not sure about the purpose of the zipper running down the side. It is blocked in by fabric, so it kind of confuses me. I am assuming that if the dress fits like it should unzipping it would aid in getting the dress on. Like I said, the fit was very loose on me and I usually wear a small just fine.It definitely wasn’t a bodycon fit.

Title: Great Potential; Poor Execution!
Review: I am 5â6â tall 120 pounds 36B bust 28 inch waist and 34 inch hips. I got the light purple color in a size small. It fits well! Itâs not nearly as body-conscious as the stock photos show! While itâs a pretty enough dress itâs not very well-made! The dress constantly twists to the left! Meaning that the side seam on the right side keeps coming around to the front of my hip!Plus, the cowl neck is just plain sloppy!Lastly, the the attached scarf tie in back is a nice touch, but it should be the same color as the dress! As it is, the white tie looks like an afterthought! It wouldâve been so much more elegant if things were monochromatic!As I stated in my title this dress has a lot of potential it just falls flat!
