Review: I went back to my usual Benefit mascara. This one smeared all over my eyelids and my under-eye. I’ve had this problem with other mascaras, which is why I switched to a different Benefit mascara. My other one doesn’t smear. This one does. And it does it without me even touching my eyes. I’m told it can happen if you have oily lids. Nonetheless, I only have that issue with some brands and types.
