Because sometimes life moves forward whether you’re ready or not
I thought my life was full with two beautiful, amazing women to love. Adding Meredith to our family has grown things in ways I could never have expected.
But Meredith’s needs are not the same as Lexie’s and Olivia’s, and when I’m given a chance to advance my career by moving to a prominent venture capital firm led by one of the city’s most interesting investors, I know I need to accept.
Yet doing so brings me into a world I may not be ready for, and it takes me into the orbit of a young woman who’s like no one I’ve ever met.
Caught between the demands of my new career and my ever-evolving family, I must once again decide what sort of man I am–and what kind of life I’m going to live.

Title: Things get more complicated
Review: This sequel is a lot of fun,but I think you really need to have read some of the other Dalton stories to understand some of the background. That’s OK for me because I have read them but if you just wanted a contemporary MF(FF..) romance then it’snot so cool. That’s a pity because the story itself is engaging and the way the characters interact is realistic and enjoyable. I’m curious how this will continue because in many ways this is a very practical guide to how a successful poly relationship works. Especially when there’s the possibility of babies being produced and so on.

Title: Blonde (x4) ambition
Review: Ethan and his lovely ladies are back, and six months after Meredith joined the gang, things are going great for all concerned. And then one night Ethan gets an offer he probably can’t refuse, right before Maddie drops a bombshell on him.And speaking of bombshells, a certain 20-year-old drop-dead gorgeous blonde has her sights set firmly on Ethan. Is our gang ready to add yet another to their group? Ethan’s reluctant … but Ariella is positively angelic …Ok, let’s get this out first: There is almost no conflict in this book. Papa Bear is dormant throughout. Even by Bikini standards, this entry is all romance, all the time. And I love it. This series is all about spending time with these delightful core characters, watching them laugh, flirt, cook, support each other and grow together. Sunset has all of that in spades. We know Mr. Dalton can handle magic and mayhem galore — just look at the prolonged zoo showdown that is the back half of Dark City Girls 2. Here he again shows he is just at home in romantic comedy. One interesting dynamic at play is that readers familiar with Santa Domingo know far more than Ethan and his ladies. That’s usually a dynamic I hate, but here it works. How and when will they find out the truth? The question simmers the closer Ariella gets to Ethan’s heart (and his bed). This is one of the few series I wish could last forever.

Review: There is so much to be gained by reading this series. The characters present actual real word issues and work through them. Happy to know there are more stories in this terrific series! Bring on Book 5!

Title: A fun book 4
Review: This is one of my favorite series’ that I don’t take too seriously and just read and enjoy. But I’m a little worried about the direction of the new girl and the epiloge. Throughout the series, theres been little tie-ins and stuff to his other, more magical, books. Which I find just as so, cool tie-ins, but the epilogue is all but blatantly shunting all the normality of the series out. And frankly, how it was done, I don’t favor either. A lie of omission is still a lie, and whatever Arellia took and did is not a small betrayal, let alone the other characters’ actions or lack thereof. Having a good grasp on the main characters moral standpoints, it’s hard to believe that he’ll look at it any differently than that; especially with his history. That may be reading too far into it but the entire premise of this series is, more or less, a somewhat realistic uncomplicated harem romance that always really ends on a happy note with no weird things going on. Ive liked it so much because of that but I’m cautiously curious where this series is heading.

Title: It just gets better and better.
Review: I love the mixture of normal life and the warmth of the relationships. This is what all erotica should be like. It (life) is never just a quick sexual happening, that would never be the basis for a lasting friendship, love and attraction needed in a long term, mutually enjoyable time together. The people in this story care for one another, they are interested in one another, their needs and the day to activity. Ethan may not be the last lover these wonderful girls have, at some point one or more may find love with someone else, breaking many hearts certainly. But in the meantime Ethan the Papa Bear, is needed. Dread waiting for the next chapter in their lives. Please Michael, do not ever stop this series, after all, 5 lives need to brought to the end of their story.

Review: Good continuation. More ‘quad’ adventures with Ethan and 3 women. Story has some changes in his job and maybe a new ‘recruit’ for the group. There’s bunch of spicy scenes. Sometimes without Ethan. That last epilogue chapter made me very curious whats going on with Ariella.

Review: By now you should know roughly what to expect. The book has less conflict this time, and substitutes more situation change for Ethan for a change.I am not sure i 100% like that it seems the author is slowly starting to introduce the suppernatural stuff from the loosely connected series, but so far it seems to be kept to a background minimum, and without the focus on fighting and conspiracies and such of the other series.
