I've worked in HR and while I treated everyone fairly I will say even HR has the best interest of the company in mind. HR personale should really be hired outside the company. it seems like a conflict of interest to have HR employees hired by the company. They will always have the company's best interest in mind since they answer to the executives.

It seems that she was trying to misdirect the attention away from Max's inappropriate behavior. Predators are very adept at finding openings with which to enact their vile behavior. Many corporations have a 'Zero Tolerance Policy' as far as retaliation. It seems that the subject is very comfortable with accepting the misconduct of the violator (as was Hilary with the misbehavior of Bill….now we can see that they were double teaming their victims). I don't believe the rigging situation as I feel Texas deserved to win period but this scandal is by far worse and any such 'investigation' should not be spear-headed and handled by Crystal herself. It's a clear conflict of interest being her husband. The organisation needs to step in and both her and her husband need to step down during this investigation and let due process take course.
