Review: UPDATE – July 29, 2022There was back & forth email communication.Due to circumstances beyond my control – I missed the return window.I wouldnât buy it for the reasons listed below.Itâs just not a very good mascara – Iâll stick with Benefit Roller Lash.Thing is, the mascara isnât very good at any price point.C/S asked âwhat can we do to make it rightâ the RIGHT THING to do is refund my purchase price.They never offered to do that.Disappointed in the product as well as their customer service.************************June 25, 2022I bought this mascara – because I like the Boom Stick blush.Iâm very disappointed w/this mascara, especially at the price point.I reached out first to Boom C/S a few days ago.I emailed first then waited 2 days to hear back – finally I called Boom.I explained that the mascara tube was dry.The CS said to âsqueeze the bottom of the tubeâ which I did. More mascara came out – but Iâm still very disappointed in this mascara. It didnât cost my lashes very well.I can get better results with a 5-10$ tube of mascara.Clumpy.Minimal coverage.I tried using an eyelash curler – still not helpful.I canât return cause I have a broken right leg / so no way to drive to return.YMMV With this mascara – in my case lesson learned.There are pluses for this brand eco-packaging – but it should work.Save your money – even with a Prime Day deal it is not worth it.

Title: dry up
Review: I was excited to try this product, but unfortunately, it dried up before I could use it properly. I couldn’t get it on my eyes and had to pump some out from the bottom, which came out thick like tar. I’m very disappointed with this experience. Is this one batch?
