Celeste is a very beautiful lady, but honestly speaking, I'm so disappointed with all her wardrobes…I mean the National Costume, yeah she looks so sexy , but it's not very appropriate and the gown…the colour doesn't stand out not like Miss USA!
I'm still happy, though, that Miss USA won because she's also half Filipino. Either way, ibig sabihin matatalino talaga ang mga Pinoy!!!
