Title: I didnt expect this!
Review: When we opened the package there was powder all over it also when we opened the pallet there were finger prints all on the inside like someone opened it before and one of the colors were cracked. Each of the plates were smudged like if someone had used it and 2 of the plates popped out of the pallet. This was supposed to be a gift to my girlfriend but in the end I’m very disappointed with my purchase.
