It's so sad, depression is real and is a silent killer.
I've seen an interview with a man that jumped of a bridge wanting to kill himself, but the surprising thing is that after he jumped before hitting the water he realised that he didn't want to die, well he was one of the few persons that didn't die after a jump. Could it be that others after jumping realise that they didn't want to die, yes , life is precious we don't want to die.
Mental illness ,Medications cant let the problem go away , meditation can't help…..the only One who can help is the One who made us, the Lord Jesus Christ. In Him there is peace, perfect peace . In the midst of anxiety, stress ,crises what ever may happen in the life of someone who is born again, the Lord is with that person, strengthening, keeping and helping that person.
My heart goes out to all those suffering from depression I know it's not easy and there is a lot going on in your life and you're thinking that the way out is to take your life, but that's not true. see, your life is so precious , the Lord God sent His only Begotten Son (Lord Jesus) to die on the cross for the sins of the world , whoever believes in the Son will not perish but have everlasting life. The Lord Jesus Christ took on the punishment that we deserved for breaking God's law (sinned against the Lord God) , the Lord Jesus Christ died, was buried and rose on the third day. Whoever repents of their sins and put their trust in Jesus will not perish but have eternal life.

The Ten Commandments
1. You shall have no other gods before Me.

The ten Commandments are called the moral law. You and I have broken the law of the Lord God Almighty and deserve death (eternal punishment) . Good news! Jesus Christ the Son of God paid the fine. That's what He did on the cross . We broke God's law (we sin against Him) and Jesus paid the fine. He took the punishment (God's wrath) for our sins.
You and I are guilty of breaking the law of the Lord God Almighty, We sin against Him( for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God Romans 3:23). It is impossible for us not to break His law. His law is perfect. The Lord Jesus Christ says if you look with lust that's having sexual desire for someone in your heart, you committ adultery in your heart. Therefore you are an adulterer. And that's just one of the ten commandments "you shall not commit adultery".
The word of The Lord God says that if you break one of the commandment you are guilty of breaking all. So see, it's impossible for you not to break the ten Commandments. can you redeem yourself? No..its impossible. what should you do?There are two things that you need to do to be saved (born again) and that is to repent of your sins and believe the gospel ( the gospel ~ the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins,was buried and rose the third day). We all need the Saviour (Jesus) we can't save ourselves from the wrath of God. Only the Lord Jesus Christ can save us.
If I should ask you how many lies have you told in your life? you would say you have lost count. (Also you might say, everybody does. but , don't think that because everybody does it means that its ok, Romans 14:12 says " so then everyone of us shall give account of himself to God )…so What do you call a person who tell lies? A liar. So what are you?…… The word of God says all liars will have their part in the lake of fire .(Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars , shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death)
.. What about your good deeds and nice personality etc? Well the word of the Lord God Almighty says that our goodness is as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
In our eyes we say that we are good.

Your good works can't save you, it can't grant you eternal life . This is what the word of God says about those who are born again/saved . Ephesians 2:8- 9. For by grace are ye saved through faith, and not of yourself it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
The Lord is good and ready to forgive and abundant in mercy unto all them that call upon Him.
He will forgive you and grant you eternal life if you repent of your sins and believe the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord God Almighty is just, and He will give each of us justice on judgement day. He is the righteous judge. Eternal punishment will be the reward for those who did NOT repent of their sins and believe the gospel , and eternal life for those who are born again (repented of their sins and believe the gospel of Christ)
The Bible says the wages of sin is death (eternal punishment) but the gift of God is eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ. The word of God says that whoever believes in the Son of God has life (that is repenting of your sins and believe His gospel ) but whoever believes not in the Son of God, the wrath of God abides on that person (eternal punishment).
John 3:5-6, 16-18 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Humble yourself, call upon the Lord confess that you are a sinner, guilty of breaking His law and deserve eternal punishment.
And believe the gospel (Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose from the dead)
He will forgive you of your sins and give you a new heart and new desires and grant you eternal life. You will become new/ born again . His Spirit will live in you. Leading, strengthening, teaching empowering, correcting you, helping you to live for Him.
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
His word says that He resist the proud but gives grace to the humble. Don't trust your good deeds for salvation. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death(eternal punishment/ God's wrath); but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Today is the day of salvation.
Hebrews 3:15-19

Mental Health is complicated, private and Very Personal. I feel everyone has some form of Personality Disorder, which is not as insulting as using Mental Health Disorder Labels that cause people to be secretive and defensive when dealing with their disorder. Some disorders are more severe than others, however as long as a person is responsible and independent there is no need to worry about the type of shortcomings he or she has.
She couldn't handle the fact that her 5 min of fame were up. She thought her life would change indefinitely after winning the "Ms. USA" pageant (which it probably did), but after realizing she was becoming less and less relevant with each yearly pageant coming and going she decided to end it all… I'm pretty sure the final nail in the coffin for her was when she would walk down the streets of Manhattan only for no one to no longer recognize her and ask for her photo and autograph. Some people just can't handle the ups and downs of fame, and i truly belive this woman was one of them.;:
